The abandonment or separation from the group during the guided tour involves loss of any right to claim.
If any change is produced in any visit, it shall be informed at the time of booking or at the beginning of the service, being valid and definitive information provided by the guide at the start of the visit. Any of the places specified in the development of each of the visits, may be replaced by another of similar category or characteristics, whether special or force majeure circumstances oblige us to do so.

5.00A very interesting 2 hours learning about the history of Jerez with our guide Rose. We visited the Alcazar and Cathedral, both definitely worth seeing, and our guide's stories and knowledge made them all the more interesting.

5.00Martina was great, very knowledgeable, great tour of the Alcazar and Cathedral in Jerez. We also had to leave a bit early and Martina helped us arrange a ticket to see the Cathedral at a later time. Thank you for a great experience.

4.00Rose was an excellent guide and had to manage two languages as we had a mixed group of English and Spanish speakers - which she did well. Her knowledge was impressive and she was thoughtful and considerate of her group, taking time to personalise the trip. The Alcazar was very impressive as was the Cathedral plus Rose gave us lots of extra context about the city and culture.

1.00Unfortunately we weren’t able to participate as this tour was not in Seville as I had thought. I had searched Seville Alcazar & this tour came up & I booked plus our friends Kathryn Haagenson (x2). We only realized as we were walking to meet the tour group leader & we’re communicating with her & realized we were in the wrong city! Would strongly suggest that it be advertised (not in Seville) as folks not familiar with Seville & surrounding cities, etc. are made aware. Therefore I/we do not support this tour. We would greatly appreciate a credit with Viator as we’ve already booked 3 tours & have another one to two booked. Regards, Dianne

3.00I would definitely recommend Rose our guide who was knowledgeable and friendly, but not the overall service. Unfortunately we had not realised in the small print and on an obscure page that the tour could be conducted in two separate languages. This slowed and dragged out the whole tour and left one feeling a bit disappointed. The company should have at least informed us beforehand so that we could have decided whether or not to remain with that particular tour. We felt it was just cutting corners and we paid the price for it.
