  Good, unnecessary the places where they stop. Commercial interest. Improve transparency and be more objective. Excess touring and explanation can be clearer. Praised professionalism.

• Beautiful place, tired route and with quick stops around 50 min

  Very good transportation. Forcing lunch at a point of support where the menu is very expensive. They charge for tickets saying it's the same price. But in my case, they charged half a ticket to two children who were exempt.

  Overall the trip was a success long but wort it, beautiful places, wonderful views but my biggest problem was that I booked this trip with an English speaking guide but unfortunately no one spoke English which was a small inconvenience because the guide communicated with me using google translate which was always time consuming. I miss one of the attraction because no one explained to me what it is which is a little disappointment for me. Other on that I do not have other complains, everything were organizer professional.

  They did NOT stop by us today, February 16 at 03:00 Mareiro hotel as offered for tour to Jericoacoara. We'll wait till 4:00 am. The phone they're giving you is not answering. So far I have not received any explanation. I need to get my 102 dollars I pay for the tour back from the Fortaleza Dream Tour.

• Not recommend, just hire a transport directly to Jericoacoara

  I thought the Lagoa do paraíso would be more of a interesting place, but besides being quite beautiful, is no comparison to pedra furada or even the villa in Jericoacoara, so it felt that it was a waste of time to spend 3 hours there… also that buraco azul was a part of the tour that could be completely skipped and instead of wasting time in that place, go directly to jeri and have an extra hour at the beautiful villa there. The bus to take us to Praia do paraíso and back to fortaleza was disgusting. Jericoacoara is such a beautiful place, so worth it to visit, but with this tour you would not have enough time there, if I come back to jeri one day, I would just rent the Hilux to get there and spent minimum 3 nights at that place instead of this tour.

  I didn't go to Fortress, I went straight to Jericoacora. I spent 15 days, it was wonderful. A very quiet place, with all services at hand. The streets, all, of sand

• Not what we expected

  If you want to spend a good amount of time in jericoacoara; this is not the tour to do it in. We only spent an hour there at the end of the day and we would have loved to have at least 4 hours. It is also not an English speaking tour which it was advertised as. You stop at a gas station for breakfast and dinner while changing from the bus to trucks and it is not a fast or organized process. The first stop at the lake was okay but wish we didn’t spend time at the two other stops during the day.

  The company responsible arranged with us in front of a hotel (which was not our accommodation) at 3:20 am, I even sent an email asking if they could go to our hotel which was close by, they only responded with a confirmed tour, I believe they didn't even read the email -mail. We arrived at the indicated hotel from 3:19 am until 4:15 am, when I received a call from a random person who was going to take us to the bus in a silver car with no explanation of who it was. When we got into the car, the driver was talking on the phone and we felt afraid that we had fallen into some scam or kidnapping. We arrived at the bus with the guide Rayane who is from Enseada Turismo and on their profile you can already see the same complaints about forgetting customers, so it's something common that we don't have access to, as they must have created this new account to avoid having negative reviews. Not to mention that this amount is overpriced and in the Enseada company itself it is more affordable. We arrived by bus at a support point, a horrible cafeteria with a breakfast with flies landing, cockroaches passing by, mangy dog walking, all very precarious for the absurd price of 25 reais. It's quite crowded with buses there with lots of tourists and there's only one working bathroom, shared by men and women. After that, we are taken by stools called pau de arara in Hilux trucks to the beach clubs that steal all the time from the beaches. Even the guide Rayane told us to pay extra for one (Alchymist) to enter for 50 reais and we didn't accept it, when we arrived on time it was 35. They spent the entire time of the tour at the beach clubs so we could spend money on consummation, but on the walk Pedra Furada is only 1 hour away, and there is no time left for the fishing village and the dunes (which for me were the most important part of the tour). After all this, we returned to the precarious point of support for dinner. We didn't eat there at any point, because it was disgusting, we ate at a beach club that appeared to be clean despite being overpriced (but it was worth it, as it was delicious). I gave two points for Jeri's natural beauty, but we didn't even spend much time in Jericoacoara.

• Incredibly Disappointing

  I chose, and paid almost 3 times more for, the “premium” tour specifically because it was advertised as being in English - in fact the only Jericoacoara tour listed on the website in English. Neither my guide, the bus driver, nor the buggy driver spoke English. The guide did manage to use Google Translate to communicate the basics of the first stop to me and some of the other passengers assisted me to ensure I understood the correct times and meeting points throughout the day. But overall, I completely missed out on any descriptions of the sights or experiences. I requested a partial refund from Viator based on my experience not aligning with the advertised tour description. Viator refused to give any sort of refund, said “The operator informed that the Guide spoke 3 languages” (basically called me a liar - why would I make this up???). After a second follow up with more explanations and examples of my experience, Viator continued to refuse any sort of refund or compensation. First and last time using a Viator trip.

  Experience was great, but definitely stay at Jeri for multiple days. It’s such a great beach town, it’s a shame I didn’t get to experience the nightlife.
