3.0011 am booking was pushed to 1 pm because waves were choppy. 1 pm turned into 2 pm before their guys came back to report that it was ok to go. Then the jet-ski my wife and I were on got stuck in reverse. We got off on a beach close by while our host tried to fix the jet-ski for 45 mins. That didnt work, so then he got on the back of the other jet-ski with my son and took us out to a different location. Our total time was supposed to be 2 hours, but we barely did 1.5 hours. My 14 year old enjoyed it, but my wife and I did not. Garth, our host, was great. Very gentle and willing to work with us. Unfortunately, the jet-skis are old, the waves were choppy, and the experience was sub-par.

5.00Overall, we had a great time! We enjoyed seeing other parts of the island from the water and a few quick stops. Guide was personable, sharing information about the island, getting to know us, and assisting as needed. Only con was we signed up for 2 adults and expected to ride solo. We were given a larger jet ski for two people, which was fine as we were a couple. Viator listing is not clear. Recommend confirming setup at booking if you want to ride solo.
Hot Wheels Jet Ski - we had so much fun.

5.00We had a terrific time with Hot Wheels Jet Ski Tour in Turks and Caicos. We did two hours which was enough time. Glad we chose that over a 1 hour. Our tour guide was great and fun. He was also very helpful with grandpa who needed some help navigating the cave and ladder. We liked visiting the cave and going thru the canals and more. It was a perfect day. Wavy out there but not too much. Our grandsons had a blast. Thanks for the fun.

5.00We had so much fun exploring on the water! Ahkeem was a great guide and helpful keeping me steady on the uneven rocky surfaces of Pirates Cove. I would definitely book with them again.

5.00Me and my girlfriend went out for a two hour adventure. I was very nervous as I had never rode a jet ski before and it was rough waters. Hakeem and Dario (Spelling?) were so patient and kept watch as well as set the mood for fun and calmed my nerves. Very friendly and kind. Helped assist with a lending hand at our couple of stops. Great personalities. Highly recommend this tour if you are into jet skiing. I don't think it was for me but happy I did this adventure and have great memories in such a beautiful place. Recommend.

5.00Very memorable trip! Got to see iguanas, starfish, and old pirate markings. Chris and Mark were excellent guides. Would highly recommend Hotwheels Watersports.
