  It’s a guided tour. We had to follow the instructor and stay in a single file line. Not expected and not what we paid for. Paid for 2 jet skis but only received 1 jet ski with 2 seats.

  This is a "guided" jet ski tour. I'm advanced with jet ski's, not a novice. The instructor have you follow in a single filed line the entire tour. I'm use to being given the distance guidelines and set free. This was weird.... So if you're looking for an "Exhilarating" experience... this isn't that! Period!

  We really loved it. Beverages are not included as mentioned in the announcement. We did 1h45 min as mentioned.

  The Jet-Ski is the only saving grace of this review, but there were several other things that made this excursion not worth it in my opinion. 1) the pickup communication was terrible ❌ - we spent 20 minutes trying to find out where we would be picked up. This was extremely frustrating because the directions sent via the Viator messaging didn’t match where they were picking guests up. There also was no number to contact, only messaging. Had they not called me directly, we would’ve missed the excursion. 2) the roundtrip transportation ❌- there isn’t a van/shuttle or anything like that. Just an average SUV vehicle. This wasn’t a big deal until you’ve packed us in here with complete strangers as we are wet from the excursion and literally sitting packed shoulder to shoulder. Mind you, they charged us $20 PER PERSON for this. 3) Jet-Skis - this was the best part, but I don’t think it is worth the $125 price tag, plus the $20 for transport. It was my first time jet skiing, so the rough waters were pretty intense. Definitely something to keep in mind. 4) credit card - they made us put a credit card down for the jet skis. This is customary practice, but again, it wasn’t communicated. All in all , I probably would not recommend this excursion, there’s quite a few things they need to tighten up. Our driver/guide was really nice though.

  "Always follow the trail of the instructor's jet ski," it was said prior to departure. But how would you do that if the instructor immediately sails away very fast and makes very sharp turns? The instructor just said to give this excursion for two months, but seemed to be concerned only with himself. This unsafe feeling was the reason my friend decided to stop even before leaving the port. When I was the only one going on an excursion with the instructor, I fell from one surprise to another. He sailed very fast at a speed that could not keep up, shamelessly said he "does not want to punch his balls" by staying on the jet ski, and even jumped into the water to pee. Completely disinterested in the opinion and experience of us, the instructor did not say goodbye or thank you after returning, but we witnessed a special conversation between the instructor and other employees. "The sea was ON! What waves!" "Did you have fun?" "Yes, I did! No matter if people had fun, I had fun". According to the instructor about himself. In hindsight, my experience matches that of others. I too would say don't do it. In addition, we did not get any money (partially) back for stopping even before departure, despite the fact that nowhere in the conditions a refund is not possible in this case.

  If you are looking to get out on the water and jet ski in a single file then this tour is for you. There wasn't much to see and our guide did not point anything out. We went by the Sandals Resort, saw lots of beautiful homes and then headed back to the dock where we started. A word of caution to those less experienced with a jet ski...the tour takes you out into the open ocean with sizeable swells before you get to the "lagoon" which is easy to navigate. They did not offer us water or snacks as indicated in their description. The tour guide, however, walked around eating fresh watermelon.

  Had a great time once we got past the rough ocean part and were in the Spanish Sea. Everything very professional. Equipment in great condition. Really enjoyed our ride.

  This was the best experience! This was my first time attempting to jetski, I was very nervous but the guides were very nice, gave great instructions and I ended up having an amazing experience.

• Rough skiing

  The day we went out it was a bit rough. Our jet ski was airborne multiple times. Would have preferred a calmer tour or being given the option. The only other ski out was our guide. That ski had a driver and passenger. Would have thought that the passenger on the guide ski should keep an eye on their customers. That didn’t happen rarely turning to check on us.
