We offer you to tour the bay of San Juan on a Jet Ski. San Juan Bay is the main entrance adjacent to old San Juan in northeast Puerto Rico. Approximately 5.6 kilometers in length, most of the body is an estatuary of approximately 97 square miles filled with channels.

5.00We had a great time and it was a great experience. I really appreciated how safety was their number 1 priority. I took my 12 year old son and even though the water was a little rough today we felt completely safe because the staff made sure we had fun but were following safety precautions at all times. It was the perfect combination of speed, fun, and beautiful landscapes. They did a great job capturing great photos and videos so we could keep our memories. Would definitely do this tour again.

5.00This was so much fun, the weather was nice. It was a guided tour which as a first timer made me feel very secure. The guides took pics and vids for us that we can purchase at the end it was amazing. Highly recommend

5.00The ride was fun and a cool experience I just wish our group was a little more experienced they slowed everyone down I think there should be a tour with experienced riders vs not experienced to make it better.

5.00The team was amazing, kind, patient and professional. They ensured me and my 13 year daughter had a blast. Well worth the money. We wanted to stay all day for sure!!! Louis even gave us some tips on additional places to visit! They were all fantastic! Next visit I’m coming back to do this again.
Luis is a very very NASTY employee, avoid him or this experience

2.00Would have been a good experience but there was one of the tour guides that completely rubbed me the wrong way. I believe his name is Luis (I could be wrong about the name and unfortunately the only distinguishing trait I can use is he speaks English the best out of the other guides, young, speaks Gen Z-like) Completely unprofessional, rude and just nasty! To start off he was giving instructions I couldn’t hear him, I asked for clarification and he just said “it’s not that deep bro”. Not even sure what he meant by that. On the ride, one of the tourists was having a difficult time steering the jet ski, which is understandable being it was his first time. Luis would often stop and make side comments to me and my friend about this tourist who paid his hard earned money for this experience. That really rubbed me the wrong way. That individual would later unfortunately fall off the jet ski and Luis would later stop the group and laugh as the tourist was struggling to make his way back on the jet ski while another kind guide was helping him out of the water (Guillermo?). Luis constantly was leaving behind most of the group just speeding off and would stop and complain about other paying tourists not being able to keep up. What a nasty person! At the end of the tour, I was docking the jet ski and he told me use a little bit of gas but as I was about to press the gas he also reached over my hand and pressed it which then caused me to collide with the dock mildly. Luis then became irate and very disrespectful and at first I apologized and told him he told me to hit the gas and also hit the gas as well but he just continued to yell and that is when we proceeded to go back and forth. Luis is a VERY nasty person and as long as he works there I highly do NOT recommend this activity. I think the company would do much better without him. 0/10 human being.
