Upon arrival at JFK simply follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area. If you are unable to see the text or click the link, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with Go Airlink NYC. Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available on your mobile device. Offering door-to-door service, this New York arrival shuttle transfer is an easy start to your Big Apple vacation! This transfer is to MANHATTAN HOTELS located between Battery Park and 72nd Streets only.

2.00Waited 40 minutes for the minibus to arrive, had to put our own suitcases in the minibus, driver was erratic and constantly on his phone. Would not use again.

2.00I wasn’t picked up until almost an hour after I informed them I was ready. Then when I got to NYC, I was dropped off several blocks from hotel. The driver indicated there was construction but he sent me in the wrong direction where was NO construction preventing drop off at the hotel. Good thing I know how to use google maps 😏

5.00Driver was great, friendly. Our flight was delayed, and they patiently waited for us. Showed us sights in the city on the drive. Dropped us at the front door of our hotel.

1.00I advise you to don’t get this service. They use a regular car like uber or Lift. Expect to wait more than an hour to pick you up. The information is contradictory. I don’t recommend it at all. Driver was nice.

1.00Avoid -- wish I'd read the reviews before booking. First, after they charged me I had 0 communication, never received the promised link or message from driver, so I landed from Europe with no information. Finally worked out to call 18 and was told to wait...and wait...and wait...The instructions said the driver would meet me inside the terminal, but he never did (apparently this is common). He stayed parked in front. I only found him 45 minutes later because the Welcome Desk lady brought me outside, helping me with my bags. She criticised my driver for not coming into the terminal and he was extremely rude to her, shouting repeatedly and completely unprofessional. He was rude to everyone -- no manners at all.And then we drove all over the airport and central NY. Overall 3h to reach the Upper East Side. The van was old with poor suspension and extremely uncomfortable, especially if you have a bad back. Absolutely 0 to recommend this company except it was cheap. Get an Uber!

5.00If you miss your flight for any reason beware there will be no refund. When I got in touch with the dispatcher they already made up their mind not to give me a refund. Ended up taking a cab . Good service and 40 bucks cheaper.

1.00After telling them I was "READY", I waited an hour at JFK and was finally picked up after calling twice. I was the first passenger in the van, so it's not like he had to wait on other people before getting to me. JFK is a disaster due to construction, but we spent another 45 minutes on airport property circling around to get to other passengers. I can't fault the company or the driver for the insane traffic getting into Manhattan, but I CAN fault them for making me wait an hour to be picked up. All in all, it took me almost three hours to get into the city, causing me to reschedule my 3PM restaurant reservation twice. No way I was going to risk using GO Airlink to get back to JFK to catch a flight the next day. I cancelled that reservation. My advice: Always take the trains to/from JFK.
