Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center near the baggage claim, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. The lack of communication was abominable! I had no text on arrival & no communication. I called the 18 number as instructed and provided my name & booking ref no. An hour later a Company employee turned up to pick up other customers, called his boss & agreed to take me. It was at least another 2 hours before I got dropped off. Even though I was to use a different Company for my return trip to the airport tomorrow, I cancelled it as I did not feel that I could trust the Viator booking after such a terrible experience.

It took too long to pick several other passengers from other terminals to fill the van. Totally it took 3 hours to get to the hotel.

I paíd for one shared trip from JFK to Manhattan and the transportation never picked me up, i call to the company and never found the reservation Number, so i am asking for a refund. Terrible experience

Very disappointed with the service. Upon arriving in NYC, no driver was there to meet us, and we waited about 30 minutes. I had two reservations—one for myself and one for my friend. When I called the company to check on our driver, I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes. When someone finally answered, I was told it would be another 30-minute wait. I tried to ask about my friend’s reservation while I had them on the phone, but the representative responded, “I don’t care about the other reservation,” and hung up on me. That was extremely unprofessional. We continued waiting, and I was especially concerned since we were new to the city. When the driver finally arrived, he was also very rude. He called us to come outside and confirmed my reservation, but when I mentioned my friend’s booking, he again said, “I don’t care about the reservation.” He went back to his van to show his phone instead of listening. I ended up calling the company again, and only then did his attitude slightly change, though he tried to blame the previous representative. Unfortunately, both interactions were unacceptable. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this service.

I booked directly with Airlink for a 3:18 PM pickup. I didn’t get picked up until 4:45 PM. I had to call them FOUR times. I checked in at 3:18 like they told me, sat there waiting…and waiting…for almost 2 hours. Then when the driver finally came at 4:45, it still wasn’t a straight trip—we had to keep making rounds. I was already in Terminal 4, so you’d think pickups would be done by then…nope. We went back around to Terminal 1 again. Yes, it’s cheap but save yourself the aggravation. Take an Uber, try Uber Shuttle, or honestly just walk—you’ll probably get there faster. Horrible experience. And it wasn’t just me there were 8 people on the shuttle, all complaining. Everyone had been waiting at least 20–90 minutes, and then stuck on the shuttle another couple more minutes doing rounds. Never again!

In the beginning when I arrived, it was a little difficult because nobody knew when the driver would get there but once he got there, he was amazing. Yeah great customer service skills and no fault of his too much construction in JFK airport, but he got me to a hotel safely I would definitely recommend.

Arrived at terminal 4, called to advised and had to wait 45 minutes to be collected, greeted by an extremely grumpy driver who didn’t keep us up to date after we drove around the terminals for 2 hours!!! To top it off, two hours later at the last pick up we ended up going all the way back to terminal 4 to collect other people… the logic is ridiculous and the driver didn’t communicate at all, could tell he hated his job… landed at 11:15, got to Manhattan at 3:30! Rubbish

When I arrived at the airport, no one was there that was there so I asked airport employees and no one had an idea. I called the Go Aerolink Hotline and the person told me they never received my order from Viator so they had take me wait another 45 min so a driver can make a new pickup. I was furious and had to wait. I do not recommend.
