Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available in print or on your mobile device. 1.00I booked this transportation for a party of 9. I notice that it had JfK instead of LaGuardia. It tried calling customer and chat. Someone on chat told me that he would fix it and I would get an email. Never got an email. I called the company that was supplying the ride the morning of departure. They had no record of this transaction. Lost $314. Seemed like I was scammed

2.00It was not a quick experience at all we had to wait at the airport. Followed directions but still took a while. I expected it to be like other airport pick ups we have done where someone is waiting for you and quick and easy. Also, the employees weren’t too friendly.
