Upon arrival at JFK simply follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. Locate the Welcome Center near baggage claim and dial 18 from the courtesy phones located in the Welcome Center. Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available in print or on your mobile device. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area. Offering door-to-door service, this New York arrival shuttle transfer is an easy start to your Big Apple vacation! This transfer is to MANHATTAN HOTELS located between Battery Park and 72nd Streets only.

You have to call the service 24 hours beforehand to confirm which was not communicated. We waited over an hour for our ride and then made stops along the way. Though the driver got us to our destination it would have been better use of time and money to take an Uber.

My flight arriving over 30 minutes early. I contacted the provider, but they informed that they couldn't come early. However, I had to wait almost an hour beyond the regular scheduled pick up time. Plus it took over 90 minutes to get to my hotel.
