  This tour was amazing, we had the absolute best time and the best tour guide in Vincent. He was very knowledgeable, prepared and so friendly. He made our day so enjoyable! He took pictures, pointed out areas of interest, he even brought us umbrellas. The lunch spot had the best views, with delicious food. The activities are physical, lots of steps but so worth the beautiful views. Don't hesitate, book this tour, it is worth every penny.

  Excellent tour by Ben who was very knowledgable. This is an ideal way to see several locations in one day starting from Taipei which would be very difficult otherwise using public transport or taxis. The added surprise was Ben’s superb photo taking skills - it was like us having our own photographer following us around and no need to worry about taking photos, which were then sent to us at the end of the day. Our itinerary lasted 7 hours and was plenty of time to see the Shifen waterfall, Shifen Old Street and do the lanterns then on to Huodong Cat Village and lastly Jiufen. Thoroughly recommended.

  James was wonderful! We had a great time seeing the sites and learning about Taiwan’s history. There was a beautiful temple we wanted to see and to our surprise he took us up to it. He’s a great man. Many thanks!

  Our guide, Victor, was absolutely fantastic! He showed us the destinations we were very interested in, and a few extra special places we did not expect to see! Absolutely recommend him and the experience!

  Vincent was amazing & very knowledgeable. He had umbrellas for us to use for the sun, water in the car & wet wipes for us to use after each spot. Knew great photo spot areas and took amazing photos for us

  Nicolas was an absolutely incredible tour guide for the day. As we drove to each site, he ensured we knew the history, not only of the places we’re going to visit but for all of Taiwan and Taipei. He was educated and articulate and such a happy and charismatic tour guide. He knew exactly where to park and secret ways to avoid large tourist crowds to get us the best view and the best experience for each site we visited. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family that were coming to Taipei. Nicolas also took it upon himself to extend our time slightly to ensure we experienced two cultural questions that we had. He called ahead and booked two private visits for us to gain two cultural experiences, not included in this Tour. Overall, the places we visited were good. • Exploring The North with Aaron

  This tour is well worth your time. Aaron was our guide, and he was phenomenal. He was flexible and accommodating for our group even before the tour started. He was great with the kids and full of fun energy throughout our day with him. The tour started in Jiufen because that’s where we were staying. Aaron showed us parts of the area we had not yet seen, and shared the rich history. We went to Shifen for our next stop. We got to paint and release a lantern at a shop with a 22 year old tortuous, share some delicious food, and explore the train tracks before going to see the waterfall. The walk for the waterfall had several stairs but even our 3 year old found it manageable. We ended the trip with the cat village. Both of my kids were so excited to hear the history of the village and to have the opportunity to see/pet several of the cats. The day was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend choosing this tour to explore these areas. Experiencing these areas would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Aaron to help guide us.
