  We had an exceptional experience with this travel agency, which organized a truly memorable journey across Jordan, covering Amman (1 night), the Dead Sea (2 nights), Petra (2 nights), Wadi Rum (2 nights), and Aqaba (2 nights). A very special mention goes to our driver, Ali, who accompanied us throughout the entire trip from Amman. He was not only an excellent and safe driver, but also kind, professional, punctual, and always attentive to our comfort. His presence greatly contributed to the smoothness and enjoyment of our journey. We would also like to sincerely thank Nour, who designed the entire program in record time, with very little notice before our departure. Her reactivity, efficiency, and professionalism were remarkable. She was always available, responsive, and helpful — even during weekends — which made a huge difference and gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, flexible, and adapted to our needs. Thanks to this team, we were able to fully enjoy the immemorial sites of Jordan with complete serenity.   My friend and I (2 women, late 30’s) went to Jordan in November 2025. Our driver Hisham was wonderful! We had such a great time in Jordan and I look forward to visiting again with my husband. Hisham was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

  Our itinerary was varied and offered the perfect mix of culture, history, nature and relaxation. Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and many other stations were presented with a lot of expertise and exciting background information. Thanks to the excellent organisation, we never had any stress with transfers, accommodation or tickets – everything went smoothly. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and warmth of the team. You could feel that people work here with real passion, taking care of each participant individually. Our tour guide was not only competent and eloquent, but also humorous and always ready to respond to our wishes. This trip exceeded my expectations in every respect. Not only did I get unforgettable impressions, but I also felt like I had gotten to know Jordan in a very personal and authentic way. Thank you for this wonderful experience – I will recommend this tour without hesitation to anyone who wants to make the most of their time in Jordan!

  I wish I could give 10 stars if I could – our trip was that good. Working with Aida at Jordan Horizon was wonderful – she was amazing. She was highly responsive, helpful, and listened to what I wanted. She provided options and then created a wonderful tour. It has been a dream to see Jordan. When I put aside any concerns about traveling to the Middle East (Jordan is perfectly safe for travel), I looked for a tour. I’m not a fan of tours but thought it would be best for this trip. I came across Jordan Horizon Tours, and from my first contact to saying goodbye, it was an excellent experience. From VIP pick-up at the airport and whisked through immigration to the amazing tour each day, everything was perfect. When we wanted to make a slight change once we arrived, it was quickly and positively modified. What really made our experience so great was our driver, Marwan. He was knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, thoughtful, and efficient. He made great suggestions that really enhanced our tour. He was amazing. Our VIP experience didn’t come at a VIP price; it was extremely reasonable. Booking with Jordan Horizon Tours was the best decision we made, and we had the best trip.

  I had a memorable tour with Jordan Horizons Tour , every thing was fabulous! The tour guides in Petra and Jerash were very knowledgeable and professional. Our driver was the best in our tour , I highly recommend Jordan Horizons Tours .

  I booked this at the last minute, and so I was not sure what to expect. However Horizon Tours went above and beyond. The trip was fantastic and the sights just phenomenal. The people of Jordan are so friendly and hospitable. My driver Hisham was great and although the driver is not at your disposal, he made many allowances to fit my interests - for example I wanted to see several mosaic sites in Madaba rather than just the one. This is a wonderful way to see this extraordinary country at anytime (not just during a pandemic) Though in saying that, Jordan has specific requirements to enter - that are logical and clear to follow and it was easy, quick and inexpensive to get a PCR test before leaving. Before I went, Andrea sent a clear and detailed itinerary and both Andrea an Mohammed checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. At Jerash and Petra I had phenomenal guides which Hisham arranged. I will have lifelong memories of this incredible country with surely the warmest most hospitable people in the world.
