  Jordan far exceeded our expectations, It is an amazing country full of so much history and culture. It was very quiet everywhere due to the war in Israel; people, for some reason, think Jordan is unsafe. This is not the case; it is very safe, and the people make you feel welcome and safe. The best thing about Jordan is the welcoming nature of the people; everywhere you go and everything you do, someone is welcoming you. We had an excellent experience with Jordan Horizon Tours, with just enough communication before and during the 8 days. Our tour was exceptionally well-organised. Our drivers and guides consistently offered us a variety of options throughout each day. Jordan is a large country, so some days naturally involve more driving than others. However, our driver always tried to keep us entertained along the way. This trip was a special occasion for my wife and me, and we truly couldn't have picked a better country to celebrate in. I want to extend a special mention to our driver, Sa'id. He made us feel incredibly special and welcome in his country. He took excellent care of us, and the five days we spent with him were truly memorable. Leaving him made my wife and me sad, as we would have loved to learn and see even more of Jordan, even though we experienced a tremendous amount during our time there. We had a 5-star experience, and the hotels were excellent – highly recommended. Thanks also to Hissham, who looked after us for two days. He was so relaxed and very caring towards us. He did a lot of driving, and I'm so grateful that we could simply focus on the views rather than the roads. A huge thank you to Jordan Horizon Tours!   We made a great private tour to Jordan. The organisation was top. When we arrived in the airport a representative of the company was waiting for us to arrange our visa and the necessary paperwork, and after 10 minutes he went with us to our driver Saeed Al-Essa. The driver stayed with us the whole trip and spoke good english and helped us everywhere we needed him. The total trip had everything as they promissed in their itenary without extra costs. If you want to visit Jordan, don't hesitate to take this organisation.

  Part of what I wanted to do for my 50th birthday is to see the wonders of Jordan! I spent a good 4-6 months planning my trips. I made sure that I won’t miss anything for the short amount of time I went. Talked to a few tour companies as I traveled solo. What stood out for me was the prompt response I always got from Aida. I have made several changes with the itinerary she created specifically for my needs and not once did I sense any frustrations on her part. She gladly accommodated every request I had and even suggested other places of interest. When I got to Amman, Mohammad greeted me and helped me with my visa. He then turned me over to my driver Ahmad who took amazing care of me during my stay! He was like a son who always protected his momma. He always asked me if I wanted coffee, water, snacks, etc. There were periods of time where the drive was too far and he kept me busy by telling me historical facts about places we saw and visited. I remember needing a pair of socks on my last day in Aqaba and Ahmad did not hesitate to find me a pair and delivered it to my hotel! All the guides from Jerash all the way to Petra were amazing, especially Sami! He captured all the magical moments! He even bargained for me at one of the local shops in Petra! Who does that?! I will definitely ask for their assistance again when I need a tour company to plan my itineraries!

  This was the smoothest booking, communication and the actual tour we could have wished for! Aida from the agency was always super quick to reply, taking care of any requests, recommendations and preferences. Itinerary was very detailed and informative. Our driver Aladdin was beyond fantastic, very good driving skills, and he cared so much about our experience adapting the days to our need, sharing stories and helping to find the best deals in shops and restaurants. The nicest person we met! I would 100% use this tour agency again as they reply instantly and if any even minor problems arise, they sort them out seamlessly!

  Wonderful trip and Jordan Horizon tours helped make it so. We changed our mind multiple times… they accommodated us everytime. We were late a few times… but they waited. We wanted local experiences.. and they made it happen. Hashim did it all with a smile. Went out of the way to make sure we get to visit Jerusalem, which we decided just a day before. I went with my friend… just the two of us, but we felt safe. People are very nice and the food is awesome. They take so much pride in their country. The landscape is so diverse … from desert of Wadi Rum to Amazing Petra to floating in Dead Sea, everyday was a new experience! By far the best trip I’ve ever taken. So much in love with this country. Hope to visit again someday😊

  Omg like where do I even begin!?!?! This tour company was absolutely amazing!!!!!! We travelled with 6 adults 2 kids (10 & 8) 1 newborn (9 months) for 6 days. They were super communicative from the start and helped us plan what we wanted our trip to look like and worked through several of our concerns through WhatsApp. They even got us into the best Wadi Rum hotel that there is even through we couldn’t book it on our own and it was sold out. Each hotel we stayed at provided breakfast and dinner like talk about ease. When we finally got to Jordan our driver that picked us up was the sweetest and most understanding man ever. By the end of the trip he was like an uncle to us and We learned all about him and his family. He was always so patient and understanding. You can imagine traveling with 2 kids and a baby, we were usually not on time or wanted To stay at certain places longer than expected but he worked with us on our schedule for each day and was super flexible. The bus provided was also top notch. We were super comfortable. We joke that our bus was more comfortable and luxurious than our airline flights lol. Also our tour guides were great. All of them spoke great English and were super knowledgeable. They took us to all the right spots and even restaurants. I never had to use my brain the whole trip to try and figure out what the next move would be at all. Everything was perfectly planned. Down to the places to eat it and we ate Oh so very devious food. It was amazing. Definitely gave me peace of mind especially having our newborn with us. Highly recommend this company if you want a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Wouldn’t do Jordan without them!!!!! The icing on the cake was when my husband got sick (something he caught while we were in India before coming to Jordan) the driver immediately took us to the best hospital in Amman and stayed with us to help with the doctors. And the tour company checked in on us several times to ensure we were okay. Btw I don’t even like writing reviews but I had to write this one. I wish I could like totally put my number here so anyone reading could call me about but seriously this is one of the best tour companies we have ever used and we have visited 33 countries and counting. • Marvelous sights and very comfortable accomodation with insight on the culture

  We've stayed 2 nights on the desert with Classic Wadi Rum tours under the enormous and intimidating rock. The accomodation is more comfort than you would expcet on the desert (including Wi-Fi ;). The desert is beautiful itself and the whole day trip is more than enough for an avarage traveler to fill up with sights and climbing. Additionally, if you would like, they will take you on the sunset (nice addition for free :) But the most surpising thing, which we can confirm after 7 days trip, are the meals. Breakfast and supper (Beduin style grill made in the holes and cover by sand... yammy) full of colors, local style and taste. Just taste and taste... and... :)

  We had a good trip in Jordan with Classic Wadi Rum tours: good discussion to customize the trip in the weeks before the travel according to additional requests, description corresponding to what we received, good driver and nice mini-van, good post-travel assistance for minor issues not related to Classic Wadi Rum Tours organization. I want to recommend this tour operator. Fulvio

  This 8 day tour has a great itinerary and covers all the main attractions in Jordan. Was very easy to complete booking process over email and Andrea helped answer all our questions before arriving. Our tour was very well coordinated by Hisham and his team of drivers once we arrived in Jordan. Would definitely recommend!

  My friend and I toured with Classic Wadi Rum Tours and loved every minute. Andrea was so easy to work with, explaining everything and helping us with our custom itinerary. OUr driver, Wesam was great!! So nice and accommodating with everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go! The hotels were very nice and the tour guides for special sites were top notch. Great great company!!!
