As the Jungfraujoch is covered in snow all year round, we recommend bringing a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions. Please note that there is no possibility to rent clothes or shoes on top of the Jungfraujoch.

Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.

Family trip to Jungfrau in the snow.

The highlight of this trip is Jungfrauroch. The stops along the way are efficient, and spectacular scenery surrounds you. We had the unusual luck of having 1.2 m of snowfall on the day that we did this trip. That created some difficulties, especially in terms of visibility at our final destination. Nonetheless, things did open up, and we were treated to spectacular views. In general, assuming that you have the expected weather for such a trip, it would be the highlight of any Swiss itinerary.

The driver and tour guides were wonderful and the views were exquisite. The Ice Palace is a must if visiting Switzerland.
