Outstanding day. So beautiful. Jorge was a great guide. Don't let the 12 hours scare you off, it flies by. This is a must do, once in a lifetime experience.

Guide is very helpful but group personally feels way too huge as the guide will start explaining or talking before the whole group reaches to the point , it's hard for the guide to capture everyone, but guide has been helpful and goes the extra mile to explain twice to make sure everyone hears the information

This may have been the highlight of my time in Switzerland. The views are amazing! The snow. The glaciers. The mountains. Gorgeous! The ice palace is fun. The cable car travel is fun and beautiful. Great day.

In all we had a great time and definitely needed a guide in getting to see everything because of the many changes in transportation. However, the tour was rushed in some places and communication was not good. The bus was absolutely packed and unorganized for ensuring people were able to sit with their groups. The cost was really high for what was provided.

This is a well executed tour to see some great parts of Switzerland. The bus journey is long, but it's worth it. Be punctual for meeting times. The group is not going to wait for people who can't manage their tim effectively - a great benefit to keep people accountable. The experience that they have built up on the mountain is very good. You can go at your own pace and see everything. The restaurant food is reasonable for being on top of mountain in an expensive country.
