3.00I felt very rushed and didn't have an opportunity to see all the exhibits. It was okay. I wasn't aware that we were going to be dropping off and picking up other people at various locations along the route. I think that's why I felt rushed.

5.00A breathtaking view of the Swiss Alps and great experience to walk against the strong wind at the glacier ! We have an unique and hilarious tour guide Kid. He handled this big group in an excellent manner. He made sure we (tourists from different countries/ speak different languages) moved in the same phase, travelled on the same carriage (or at least carriage next) and knew all short cut ways to reduce the waiting time. This, we have more time at the glacier and perform all activities promised (Glacier walk, Ice palace, Lunch and toilet breaks) ! He ensured everyone has the best spots for photos and helped in taking photos. You may not agree with his style but you have to admit his expertise and capability ! Kid is definitely the best and most experienced tour guide we had in all our Zurich/ Lucerne day tours ! PS: The meeting point is a bit ambiguous / tough for a foreigners like us (only a street name being indicated in the booking slip). No WhatsApp reminder being sent out. Improvement needed in this areas.
