  Great trip overall! Our driver Tim was amazing and truly made the tour fun and engaging, especially considering how much driving was involved. There was definitely a lotttt of time in the car, but he kept the energy up the entire trip with interesting stories, commentary about the scenery, and great explanations at each stop. I especially appreciated the time he took to share stories and cultural context at the rock art sites—it made those moments feel much more meaningful and memorable rather than just quick photo stops. There were lots of stops throughout the day, but they helped break up the long drives on the way out. On the way back only one stop. But after a long day that’s what you want. . Each location had something unique to offer, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. If you go in expecting a full day with significant travel time, you will have a great experience. The crocodile tour guide was also hilarious and so much fun—very entertaining while still professional and knowledgeable. Everything ran smoothly and followed what was promised in the itinerary. Overall, a really enjoyable trip with great guides who made the long day worthwhile!

  A great intro into Kakadu National Park. This is a very large Park so would need to do more than one day to get a true experience. The tour is a great way to learn about the the flora and fauna of the north. The landscapes are impressive. Dani the trip leader is a true local with fantastic knowledge of the area, history, culture. Very informative and insightful throughout the trip.   Unfortunately, the drive was a little long, but it was still worth it. I have the same guide Lee again, who made the ride with his Australian humor very entertaining. Again a lot of information very entertaining put forward! Also the ride on the Adelaide River was great with the crocodiles jumping out of the water

  We went on the trip with Leih. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about every site we visited along with other information about the territory. It’s a long trip but I’d advise everyone to go on it. Bring your charger and a good pair of shoes because there’s so much to look at and photo.

• Great Kakadu National Park Trip

  We joined the full day Kakadu National Park tour with the optional jumping crocodile boat cruise. We had a wonderful experience. Our guide, Dani, was exceptional. She provided so much interesting information along the ride to and through the park that the drive felt quick. We did not join the jumping crocodile boat tour and instead stayed with Dani to visit the nearby dam to see a variety of birds. Unfortunately, we didn't see any crocodiles during our tour, but the Aboriginal rock art was the highlight of the tour. We are very happy with this tour. Just understand it's a full-day with a good amount of driving, but like I said, our guide, Dani, was fantastic in educating us about Darwin, Kakadu National Park, Aboriginal culture, and the animals we saw during the trip.

  Dani was our guide to for the day and was very informative. She knew a lot about the area as that is where she grew up. The day started out rainy but as the day went on it was only raining intermittently. The drive was long but we stopped every hour for a quick break. The area is just beautiful and full of history. Before we got to the park we stopped for the jumping crocodile cruise. Also very entertaining. The cave art was very interesting and the mountains are spectacular.

  It was a long day, but we had a great experience. The Crocodile Cruise was better than expected, as our only previous experience was in a more zoo-like setting. We had a good hike in Kakadu, with Leigh giving us lots of stories. Leigh was a great guide, never afraid to delve into any Aussie topic.

  Had a great experience. The tour guide, whose name I forgot (he wears a mullet and likes geology), was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of insight into local history, Aboriginal traditions, and local fauna. A bit of a longer drive, but worth it!

  Booked a day tour to Kakadu including a river cruise with crocodiles. Everything was really good. Our guide Leigh was great and very informative. The only reason I grade it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I would rather have done a longer tour, a few days round-trip in stead of this one day, a 650 km roundtrip. I can highly recommend Wildlife Australia and if you have only one day, well it's far better than nothing!
