We had a great tour in our wonderful tram. The tour guide Colin was a wealth of information with a great sense of humour. The city's are full of history, wild stories and built from the sweat and hard work of those who came before us. Its certainly worth the 2.5 hrs out of your day.

loved this tour! gave a great overview of the town and mine/surrounds! great for people with mobility issues (there is some getting on and off but its makes it all much easier/dont have to drive and get information on the tour). good on a hot day too!

The 2.5-hour City Tram Taster Tour is a great way to discover Kalgoorlie. The tour covers the key sights of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, including panoramic views from the reservoir, the horse racing club’s museum and a stop at the Super Pit lookout. Along the way, the commentary provided interesting insight into the historic pipeline, the region’s mining past and the sheer scale of the open-cut mine with its massive machinery. A visit to Chunky’s Timber Gallery was another standout, where his passion for timber and dedication to using every piece on hand was truly visible. Our driver and guide, Colin, was exceptional and added real value to the experience. Warm, knowledgeable and entertaining, he shared many personal stories from his years working at the Super Pit and living in Kalgoorlie, which made the tour both informative and enjoyable. His commitment to his role was clear when he happily extended a stop to help a passenger who had missed the tram’s departure. All in all, the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Tram Tour offers excellent value for money and comfortably exceeded our expectations.
