Our Kampala cultural tour with Twaha was an amazing experience from start to finish. we truly enjoyed learning about the city's history, exploring vibrant local markets [Nakesero market] so colorful and interacting with friendly locals who made the experience feel authentic and welcoming. our guide was professional, friendly and passionate about sharing the culture and stories behind every place we visited. the tour was well organized, engaging and gave us a deeper appreciation of Kampala's history and heritage. highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a better introduction into Kampala and for a memorable cultural immersion.

My Kampala culture tour was absolutely outstanding. Musa, our guide, brought the city to life with his deep knowledge, warm personality, and genuine passion for Ugandan history and traditions. He navigated us through vibrant markets, historic sites, and local neighborhoods with ease, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged. What stood out most was how Musa blended storytelling with real cultural insight, he didn’t just show us Kampala, he helped us understand it. We did a kampala city tour with Twaha, and it was an incredible experience. He's an outstanding guide who brought Uganda's history, culture, and everyday way of life to life in such an engaging way. The tour was well organized, insightful, and truly eye opening we learned so much and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful tour via Musa! He is very knowledgeable and kind hearted. The tour was lovely and would book again with Musa. We met Augustine at the palace who was also very knowledgeable and a lovely tour around the Gadaffi mosque by Sheriff. All guides offered a great experience.

This tour gives you a rich variety of history, starting with understanding the kingdoms that make up Uganda, the history of the Buganda Kingdom, and even lesser traveled places that were a treat to interact with locals in. Twaha went above and beyond, even dropping me off very close to home instead of at the pickup location. Would highly recommend!

My 15-year old son and I did this tour with Twaha in July 2025, which we customized with a visit to the Equator. Twaha was an amazing tour guide, and we would definitely use him again for even longer tours in Uganda if/when we return. We also booked a tour with him to the Ndere Cultural Center, and although the car that was meant to transport us had last-minute mechanical issues, Twaha was able to pivot seamlessly, enabling him to get us to the Cultural Center on time, while still maintaining open and frequent communications with us the entire time, so we knew what was happening. I understand Twaha may be expanding his operations into Kenya/Tanzania, and we will definitely reach out to him about tours the next time we travel to East Africa.

Markets were amazing for me to see. Walking through felt safe although much happening. My Guide Twaha made me feel safe..His information and knowledge was next level.

We are two women travelers and we had such a wonderful experience with Musah! We actually had the whole day in Kampala free instead of just the morning, and we contacted Twaha about extending the tour and he was very helpful! We were able to spend a lot of time in many places and learned so much about the history of Kampala and Uganda. We felt very safe and taken care of the whole day.

Twaha was a great guide showing me important places in Kampala. Not only that, he told me a lot of the country's history. Some places I could have gone by myself, but being a white woman tourist, I wouldn't feel as safe as I've felt with him. Would recommend to anyone, but specially white women by themselves.

It was a very nice explanation and experience. He picked as up from Entebbe, did the tour both in van and walking and dropped us off at airport as requested. Would recommend.
