If you are interested in experiencing the soul of Kampala and the organized chaos of the markets, taxi parks and streets, then we strongly advise you to book this tour. please don't attempt this tour on your own as the streets are confusing and you may even find yourself lost. This walking tours is a maximum of 3km or 2 miles. Time is usually 3 to 5 hours depending on extra shopping, taking photos, etc.

Warning: This tour is not for the faint hearted or those who don't like walking in crowded streets. We advise you to not bring bags, packs, or purses, and only use cameras or phones with a strap, and only at your own risk. Pickpockets can occur, but we will be there to watch out for you. You may experience some uncomfortable situations such as being bumped or pushed by other people, or needing to squeeze between cars and tight spaces as you walk around on this tours.

It was a very interesting and exciting city tour through Kampala. An absolute highlight was the visit to the Gaddafi Mosque and especially the visit to the markets and the huge taxi stations. The guide was very accommodating and explained everything to us very well and we learned a lot about Kampala and the culture of Uganda. I can highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kampala.
