My tour guide never showed up and we called multiple times. We were sent a confirmation email the night before with a phone number. We tried calling that number as well as messaged the tour on the website

This was a great way of seeing Kanazawa highlights with a personal guide (Tetsuro) who lives in the city and who provided historical context and an amazing amount of information and guidance. It was a remarkable experience and we would thoroughly recommend this tour.

We very much enjoyed our morning tour with Guide, Harumi. Harumi was very knowledgeable about Kanazawa sharing with us her culture and the history of the Samurai and Castle. We visited the Samurai area, the castle gardens and finished at the Geisha district. Harumi was on time, answered our many questions and at the end walked us back to our hotel taking a detour through the local fish markets. We would definitely recommend Harumi as wonderful guide to get to know Kanazawa.

Hands down, this was a highlight of our trip to Japan. Our guide, Nozomi, made sure of it. She catered to our family's needs with warmth and flexibility. We learned so much about Kanazawa and Japan's history and culture. Nozomi is very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English. It was an amazing experience that we will forever cherish. Don't miss out!
