I joined this walking tour after the Shirakawa Go half day tour run by the same company. Keito , our guide , was friendly and knowledgeable. We started in the Kenrokuen Garden, then we went to the Kanazawa Castle , Samurai district , Gold leaf factory and finished in the Geisha district . It was not easy to pack everything together in a few hours but I think Keita did a good job . It was an enjoyable afternoon tour for me.

Excellent Tour of Kanazawa with Yasushi! This was one of the best city tours I have done in Japan. Yasushi was an outstanding guide and shared an incredible amount of information about Kanazawa, its history, culture, and daily life. We visited the Samurai District, the Geisha District, and the Castle area, and every stop was explained in great detail. What I particularly enjoyed was that Yasushi didn't just talk about the sights themselves, but also about the historical background, traditions, and how life developed in Kanazawa over the centuries. His knowledge was impressive, and he answered every question with enthusiasm and expertise. The tour was well-paced, informative, and never boring. If you want to truly understand Kanazawa and not just see the sights, I can highly recommend this tour and especially Yasushi as a guide. A fantastic experience from start to finish! 🇯🇵⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked this walking tour to see the main highlights of Kanazawa and had a great experience overall. One of the best parts of the tour was walking between the different districts and attractions, as it gave us the opportunity to see more of the city along the way. Our guide, Keita, was energetic, friendly, and shared interesting facts and stories throughout the tour. My only suggestion would be to include a bit more detailed information about some of the places we visited. Also, since the tour involves quite a bit of walking, it is best suited for those who enjoy exploring on foot. Overall, this is a great tour for anyone wanting to experience the highlights of Kanazawa in a day, and I would happily recommend it.

Yasushi picked us up at the hotel in the morning and gave us a great tour of Kanazawa. He took his time, explained everything, and did so in impeccable English. He was very considerate with the children - even a break for ice cream in the park was no problem.

It was the best tour I’ve ever had! Yasushi picked us up at our hotel and showed us around Kanazawa. He was the most friendly tour guide I’ve ever had!! He explained everything and took care of our personal needs like breaks for getting food or drinks and didn’t rush us at all. All of the spots we visited were very impressive and beautiful! All of us are very happy!

We went on a hiking tour in Kanazawa with Keita. It was a truly enjoyable tour, and besides providing detailed information, Keita patiently and sincerely shared everything we saw and were curious about along the way. The tour was quite extensive for Kanazawa as well. I wholeheartedly recommend a tour with Keita to experience the city on foot.

My sister and I went on the walking tour of Kanazawa with Yasushi and it was honestly one of the best tours I’ve had in Japan. Yasushi is so passionate about the rich culture and history of Kanazawa and it made this tour all the more special. The whole day felt intimate. Yasushi is such a personable and charismatic person and just a kind human being. It was so easy to have conversation and engage in fascinating discussions. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking of getting a rich cultural experience in Japan that isn’t the typical golden route or tourist hypes. Such a beautiful place with beautiful authentic people - and Yasushi is the perfect example of this. For us, Kanazawa was an add on to our vacation - but really it’s become one the most memorable and connecting experiences to Japan.
