5.00We had a wonderfull day in Kanazawa, thanks to Akari! Visited a samouraï's house, geisha district and Kenroku-en garden. Akari was very helpfull, she was giving extended and interesting explanation. At noon, she showed us a nice place where we had a delightfull noodle soup. Akari is a friendly and professional tour guide, to be recommended! She made our day! Thank you Akari!

5.00Such a great tour. Our guide was lovely, patient, and matched the interests of our group perfectly. It was great to see all of the historic and beautiful things in Kanazawa- well, as much as one can see in a half-day tour. It went by seemingly in an instant. Honestly, we will need to go back. Such an amazing and beautiful place, and probably the best guide we had in Japan. Thank you!

5.00I was visiting Kanazawa for 4 days and wanted to learn more about the area. The 3 hour tour was really easy to book with CityUnscripted through Viator. The pre-trip communication was great and I was informed of my tour guide, Jorge, ahead of time. Before anything else, Jorge was an absolute gem. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and catered the tour to my interests and abilities. We visited Omicho Market, Higashi Chaya, some of the smaller samurai homes in the area and a wonderful set of shrines up in the Utatsuyama area. I would highly recommend these for anyone who likes to go a layer or two deeper on the history and culture of the area. Definitely ask for Jorge if you have the chance.

5.00Guide spoke excellent English. Led at our pace and used by our interests. Leant a lot. In 2 hours there is no way you could do geisha and samurai area as well as park and castle. Luckily we had done park castle the day before ourself and enjoyed her information in geisha and samurai area. Went into houses for small extra cost

5.00We met with our tour guide Natsuko at train station. She was great to take us around by bus and her very fluent in English helps a lot to communicate with her. She took us to a few markets and part of the Samurai residential area. We got to taste fresh seafood and fresh fruits. The weather wasn’t cooperating that day but everything else is great! We enjoy our tour.

5.00Selda was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable in the two districts that we visited, Geisha district and Samurai district. Walking through the market, we got to try some fish and beer local to the area. Would definitely recommend this trip.

5.00Megumi our guide was fantastic! She was punctual, friendly and super informative . She regularly checked in with us and was always willing to stop and take pics . She was delightful and we covered lots of ground and tailored to our interests .
