Excellent tour and it was a rather than day excursion. My guide was really helpful explaining the site of temple of tooth. It’s really amazing, keeping a tooth of Buddha in a chamber. I loved this Buddhist temple and really amazing how people treat to that. Truly amazing country.

The tour was efficient in terms of time used. Our driver was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and its history. It was time well spent and we sure did make the right dicision to plan a tour with Jk travels.

Jk travels and tours were excellent. They allocated an excellent tour driver for us, took care of our every need our driver and the company and even rearranged the itinerary a small amount to cater for our individual requirements. We cannot recommend highly enough of our driver's dedication to his role as well as the company (Jk travels tour), and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
We will surely come back for the wonderful experience.

The whole trip was fascinating! Starting from our tour driver who was a true gentleman in all ways. brilliant trip covering some highlight destinations in kandy. Could not ask from a better driver, Wasa aka our driver was professional with his job and always available to help us whenever we needed some assist throughout the journey. What a wonderful experience visiting srilanka for the first time. We will surely come back to have another tour with jk travels to cover all the wonders of srilanka, as it is the best travel agent.

Wonderful journey from Colombo. We were very happy as we could see tea plantation. The driver / guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took us all the places where it was not mentioned in the itinerary. Thanks for everything and for the opportunity to see the highlights of Kandy in one day.

Great customized tour with excellent communication with the operator. Since we had to be back on our cruise ship by 5pm, arrangements were made to meet our tour guide/ driver, Anas, at 6:30am for a private tour to go to several places that we wanted to see. Anas is a kind, mindful person and we enjoyed our time with him. I might mention, especially after riding in a taxi and a tuk-tuk the previous day, that his vehicle was nice, clean, and comfortable. First, we went to a red and white mosque in Colombo for pictures. Then we travelled to PINNAWALLA ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE, which is operated by the government. We were we able to see many elephants and feed an elephant a basket of fruit. We were also able to see some of the adult elephants crossing the road to go and bathe in the river; the police stopped traffic so that they could cross the road. Our next stop was at a tea factory. Sri Lanka is the 3rd largest producer of tea and are famous for their Ceylon tea. We saw the process and tasted different teas. After this, we travelled to Sri Dalada Maligawa, commonly known as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, which is a Buddhist temple in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Lots of interesting statues and monuments. The temple is situated by Kandy Lake, which is very pretty. On our way back to Colombo, we stopped for a view of what appears to be ⁦Sigiriya or Lion Rock, which is an ancient rock fortress known for its massive column of rock that reaches nearly 200 meters high - you can barely see it off in the distance. While we were taking pictures, a monkey hopped up on the fence to get in the photo. We made it back to the ship after about 10 hours from when we started. Anas is a great guide/driver; the drivers are fearless here. I should mention that my spouse had some motion sickness from the winding roads, but Anas stopped by a good pharmacy so I could purchase some medication, which was helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour to others, especially if you have special requests or just want a private, customized tour. Anas was very nice and even checked with us later (by WhatsApp chat) to make sure that we made it safely back to our ship as he had to drop us at the Port Gate (it’s a customs thing). It was a great day with a great guide. ❤️

This private excursion from Negombo was extraordinary. Our driver was perfect: punctual, professional and attentive, making every moment pleasant. From Pinnawala, where we admired the elephants, to Kandy and its majestic Temple of the Tooth, everything was perfectly organized. The program of the day was ideally designed, allowing us to fully enjoy each site without haste. Attentive service, vehicle comfort and attention to detail made this tour exceptional.

Amazing tour from colombo, we were able to see giant elephants and tea planation. we enjoyed the tour with our guide shanesh, and this was his 2nd trip with us. we were lucky to visit temple of tooth buddha, Thanks JK travels arranging such a lovely tour for us.

Great experience and really loved to see the Temple of tooth kandy. Janaka was my guide for the tour and was explained the great history of lord Buddha. Thanks for arranging such a important tour and highly appreciate.I was able to see elephants in pinnawala as I asked him to change the plan a bit, so they except my request to visit there.
