If you are looking for something extra special, our 170 minute Edge of the Earth Tour will put you through your paces on some challenging terrain, rewarding you with stunning views of the Southern Ocean.
Whether you take the introductory option or the more challenging tracks, your expert guide ensures a safe, fun ride for all levels of experience (even kids are allowed to participate).

Minimum age for passengers is 4 years, for drivers is 6 years
Please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants
Children 17 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 year or over.
We are located in Vivonne Bay, which is approximately a 90-minute drive from the Penneshaw ferry terminal, but unfortunately, we do not provide a shuttle service nor are there taxis/ubers on the island.

The most exciting way to experience Kangaroo Island's unique wildlife and scenery! Ride your own quad bike (ATV) or go as a passenger in a buggy (UTV) cruising through a wide variety of terrain. Your experienced Guide will give you the instructions you need to ride safely over rocks, around sandy corners and more, dependant on your abilities. As well as give you plenty of information on the wildlife that you may encounter along the way. All participants are fitted out with safety gear and instructed on the safe operation of a quad bike. Tours are tailored to be suitable for beginners and /or experienced riders. With different tours available, whether you are a young family trying quad biking for the first time, or you want a more extreme adventure and epic views, there is an option to suit you!

5.00The quad bike experience was absolutely fantastic. I was a little hesitant about letting my ten-year-old ride a quad bike, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Our guide, Fox — a giant of a man from the Netherlands — was incredibly fun, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He patiently taught my son how to ride and was equally understanding and supportive with both him and my wife. Fox constantly checked in with everyone, gave helpful tips throughout the ride, and made sure we all felt comfortable and safe. His knowledge of the surrounding area and local wildlife was excellent and added even more value to the experience. I would highly recommend this adventure to beginners and families. It was safe, well-run, and an unforgettable experience for all of us.

5.00Great experience with our spectacular guide Corey. We loved seeing all of the wildlife when riding! Everything including or the helmets and gloves were clean which was amazing. And again the overall experience of the rocky roads the the sandy grounds was sensational. Deserves 5 stars!!! Thanks Corey!

5.00Amazing opportunity, full, clear and concise tutorial our guide was Cory down to earth professional young man, our group of 7 all had a fantastic experience with youngsters in the buggy and quad bikes age range from 9yrs to 64yrs all quads and equipment in excellent condition

5.00We had a great time on the quad bikes. Our guide Em was awesome. Very informative. My youngest wanted to go again straight away.
The experience was marvelous. We enjoyed kayaking and will recommend to our friends.

4.00Powerfull quads and great explanation, however would have been great to know upfront that you get really really dirty. And as it was quite warm if was really really hot with long pants on. My advise, wear long but thin trousers and shirt (not new/white)
