The tour was a great experience. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastically shared his knowledge of the city and its history. Everyone in our tour group lives in the Kansas City area, but we learned so much during this tour. We would highly recommend the tour for both people who live in the area and people who are visiting the city.

Kris led an engaging and informative tour that fused the stories of KC-culture defining historical figures from Pres. Harry Truman down to the lesser known Henry Perry (the innovator behind KC style barbecue). Kansas City natives and first-time visitors alike will gain a new perspective on the city’s history and a deeper understanding of how the history is still represented today!

Kris was an excellent tour guide. He kept everyone involved, and mixed in a pleasant amount of laughs as well as delivering a richly informative experience. As a Kansas City native, the tour had a ton to offer in terms of stories and history that i had not ever been exposed to. If you’re looking to get a great glimpse into the city’s expansive history regarding outlaws and legends, while getting background on KC’s existence as a whole, I’d 100% recommend.
