This is a rather unique tour as I am not familiar with another place that has hot spring fountains for you to drink. It is a good thing to do, but I gave it a 3/5 because there is the alternative of walking around and finding many of them on your own and sampling. If you like having the extra bit of talking and following someone, I am sure you will like it. If you like doing stuff on your onw, just do that.
Taking the waters in Karlovy Vary.
