5.00Expected to be unexpected, I was thought that I will be on the cruise move around the island but today is a surprise that I been to see the surprise cave, pearl farm, and boat to see the scene that I only see on the magazine and online. We managed to reach each place on time those are because of well management, hosting and leading by our tour guide Ms. Hana (Hoai). Those who plan to come to Hanoi, one day trip to Ha Long bay is recommended and make sure you choose Ms. Hana as your tour guide as she will make sure you have a great time.

5.00The Tour with Hoai was very good & organized. She did a good job showing the group the nice spots in Halong Bay and cared for us. Sometimes the places are a little crowded, but all in all it was a good trip😊
So much to see and do but Hana made the day incredible!

5.00Hana was absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job guiding our Hanoi–Halong Bay tour on the 5★ Phoenix Cruise. From start to finish, her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of great insights about everything we experienced throughout the day. It was a very long day, but Hana maintained a warm smile and positive energy the entire time. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the group made the experience even more enjoyable. What an incredible young woman! We truly appreciated her hard work and dedication, and she made our trip to Halong Bay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

5.00The tour was wonderful and our guide Long just fantastic! He gave us a lot of interesting information, was very friendly, relaxed and humorous. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. It all worked out great and Halong Bay is very worth seeing. Of course, by now a very tourist destination, but the nature is so breathtakingly beautiful that I would recommend the tour.

5.00We had an amazing day with Hannah as our tour guide, pick up from our hotel reception, nice mini bus with comfortable seats and rest break halfway through the journey. The service was great, boat was as described and lunch was plentiful and tasty. The boat tour lasted 6 hrs with 3 stops with enough time at each stop to enjoy the activities and Hannah was helpful and entertaining. This tour was definitely worth spending the little bit extra than the standard tour offerings.
