We are the pioneers of kayaking in Mauritius founding the company in 2000. We have high standards having followed courses with Paddle UK and train our staff following these standards.
The trip covers protected areas and is safe for all from kids of 5 years old to the elderly as well. Our guides are very patient and will make your trip unforgettable.

You will discover the National Park of Isle d Ambre with kayaks. The guide will show you the hidden gets and explain you information about the wildlife and history. You will stop for a snorkel and some refreshments after a short walk to visit the 400 year old ruins.

5.00It was well organised, Nik and Floyd were helpful and had a good sense of humour. The trip was lovely, through the mangroves. We had plenty of time to snorkel and swim. It was nice to go onto Amber island, where they provided coffe, juice and delicious cake, which the lizards ate from our hands! We are English and there were different nationalities in the group who were all very friendly and good fun. Well worth doing this trip.

5.00Very nice kayak tour of about 3 hours length. We got a great insight into the mangrove forests. There were two guides, one of whom accompanied the tour in English and the other in French. Reasonable price quality ratio. We were a small group of 7 people.

5.00We did a 3 hour kayak trip to Ile d'Ambre with Floyd who was a brilliant guide - he knew a lot about the history of the island, about mangroves and ensured that we were all safe during the kayak trip. The trip takes you around parts of the island's coast, through mangroves, to great snorkelling spots, on the island to explore old ruins and finishes with some snacks before you kayak back to mainland.

2.00Nothing extraordinary. Our guide is not up to standard, so bad value for money .. We think we're sailing in the mangrove , we're just taking a walk .. Small snack without interest .. In short, a bit boring as an activity if you are not lucky enough to have the right guide.

5.00Excellent experience (the best I found in 🇲🇺). Superb guidance—from mangrove botany to Île d’Ambre history and the visit itself, and even a small discussion about inter-marriage in Mauritiius. Kayak handling and safety measures & instructions provided. . Excellent swimming spot during the tour for snorkeling with a variety of fishes. Clear instructions for finding the place, precise timing, and thoughtful refreshments. Even small details, like a shaded waiting area with chairs, are taken care of. They provide all necessities, including snorkeling equipment, sea shoes, and sealed bags to store one's belongings without risking dryness. It truly feels like they take their profession and their customers very seriously.

5.00The tour through the mangroves was unique, our guide Sheik told us a lot about the nature and history of the area very lovingly and there were delicious snacks and drinks on the island. Absolute recommendation! Thanks Sheik, we will be back!

5.00I did a 3h kayak-tour with my husband and it was excellent. Our guide was really nice and showed us some interesting spots, including snorkelling spots, wonderful mangrove passages where we learnt on the plants and info on the colonial history of the islands. Would definitely recommend and is mainly in very calm waters.

5.00Superb kayak trip to the amber island with Thierry. He introduced us to the history of the island through a journey through the mangrove with his personal philosophy, full of wisdom and humor. Small snack and snorkeling in the mangrove. Unique and memorable experience.
