This small-group tour takes you along Danube shore, close to the city center. You will see a different side to Bratislava and discover some hidden gems as you paddle. Small-group tour (maximum 6), ensures a tailor made experience. After quick instructions about paddling and safety we will start paddling on river Danube. First we will go upstream to get really close to the city center and have a look at the castle. Then we decide what to do next depending on your preference. One of the best ideas is to go to Lido Laguna which is a protected area only reachable by kayak. A skilled instructor is with you all the time to provide support, advice and all the information you need. We will accommodate the speed according to your skills and expectations. Please note: Paddling can be as extreme or gentle as you like but it requeres physical activity. You will be in a single kayak and need to paddle also upstream.

5.00Peter and his family took us kayaking on the Danube across from the city center. After a lesson on kayaking and safety we were on the river. What a great experience. If you are in Bratislava and want a different view of the city this is a must. After the kayaking Peter provided us pictures of our adventure.

4.00This takes you off the beaten tracks in Bratislava, gives you a different perspective on the city. The history of the clubhouse alone is worth the visit and not something you will get on any regular tour. An excellent intro to kayaking from Peter made even complete beginners confident and comfortable in boats. Even though the flow looks fast we were in good quality stable but maneuverable boats and got tips to be able to paddle up stream easily. Top tip: bring a swimsuit and towel so you can take a swim after the paddle.

5.00The water level in the river was too high so they took us rafting instead which was very fun. The guide was really helpful and entertaining and it was very relaxing paddling down the Danube.

5.00Was a lovely way to see the city from a different perspective. Andre put us at ease, made sure we were safe and reminded us of the basics. He also took some fab photos of us while on the water. The meeting point is a bit tricky to find but if you look out for the green wooden building on the water side.

5.00This a great way to see Bratislava from a different perspective. We went after two days of heavy rain and river was quite full, so paddling upstream was a bit of a challenge in places, but very rewarding. If you have some experience kayaking you'll love it. Our guide Andre was brilliant and also gave us some tips of other places to visit in the city.
