We waited for a long time at the airport, which was pretty unpleasant because of the haze of cigarette smoke we had to stand in (even though the area is designated as non-smoking). It might be helpful to have a different pick-up location. Also, our driver dropped us off at the bottom of a steep hill, not at our hotel. We had to schlep our bags up a long cobblestone street and search for our hotel in the dark.

Book this shuttle only if you want to spend 3+ hours to get to your hotel from Kayseri. Drivers are very rude and do not communicate ETA, and very pushy with cash payment - our driver pulled over and delayed the trip just to get our payment (rather than at the beginning or end). Only upside is that it is cheap.

We enjoyed many transfers on our trip to Turkey. This was NOT one of them. We arrived at Kayseri Airport and then we were taken to a very hot mini bus while we waited nearly an hour and a half while they filled the bus with more and more people. No air-conditioning in the van while we waited. They packed the van so full that they had to put luggage in the aisle throughout the entire bus. This is so dangerous. Had we been in an accident we would NEVER be able to escape. From the time we picked up our baggage to our arrival to our hotel in Cappadocia was over 4 hours. This is unacceptable. I was told by the tour operator that we would get a free transport back to the hotel but never received anything.

I was waiting outside the airport for over 20 minutes, no one was there to pick us up. Contacted the number provided on website, they manage me to get into a minibus, I had to wait 1 and half hour in the bus. Got to hotel 2 hours later than expected.

Reservation was confirmed and paid but driver did not show up. When contacted the company, they mentioned a driver can’t come because it was a same day reservation. Got scammed at the airport with alternative drivers charging way over the price.
