5.00The service was excellent. I was impressed our driver Arkadius contacted us even prior to leaving home so we were confident our car would be waiting for us. He communicated as soon as we landed and sent a very clear video on how to walk to the exit to locate him. Highly recommend!

5.00Today I had an excellent experience during a private transfer from Keflavik to Reyjavik. Driver Arkadius send me a message as soon as the plane landed with a great video how to walk to the pickup spot. 10 minutes later he called me to ask if I got the video and if the pick up spot was okay or if I needed his help with the luggage. When I told him I was already there, 20 minutes early! He made sure he got there ASAP. During the ride we had a really nice talk so it was a great ride and excellent service! Next time I will book Aurora globe again for sure!

5.00I was very satisfied with my transfer between Keflavik Airport and Reykjavik. The driver was on time and waiting for me when I arrived. The drive to my hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Nacer was very friendly and we were able to exchange in Spanish as I had asked because I do not really know English. He was very courteous and helped me carry my luggage. I recommend without hesitation.
