From the bus tour to the rocket garden, all was great. Just wish we had more time to do it all. Definitely need more than a day

5.00We visited the Space Center with family from Sweden and they were overwhelmed with the exhibits and so were we. The must sees are the Atlantis exhibit, the Apollo Center, the Heroes and Legends exhibit and the bus tour. We only had one day to visit and we managed to see all the major exhibits This is a must see and highly recommended.

5.00Atlantis Is a MUST see!! It is one of the greatest attractions we've ever seen. The Apollo/Saturn V experience is amazing. You can also touch the moon.

3.00way too crowded, long lines for bus and experiences. Food was very limited and none too healthy. My hot dog was almost cold. Not enough benches throughout park, would have been nice to rest in any of the venues. Even standing theatres?? Experience was not worth the price
Potential but badly run

1.00A complete waste of money. Paid $144 for 2 tickets plus $15 each lunch voucher. We arrived at 10.40 (centre open from 10-6) and had a 20 minute wait to receive our tickets (only 4 people in the queue in front of us with 4 checkouts open). Slow service seems to be the theme for ksc. Because we arrived “so late” all the buses were booked to go to what is considered to be the best part of the complex. How can you charge full amount if the full experience only has capacity for a fraction of people there? After viewing some exhibits that weren’t much different to things in the science museum in London (free entry btw). And 90 minute queues for the experiences in that building, we watched the imax show about the James Webb telescope. This was good and enjoyable. Onto the Atlantis building. A mere 40 minute wait for a pre show into the building which had a strange safety warning at the beginning about the emergency exits. Not so strange 3/4 into the video when my wife fainted and I had to take her out the emergency exit. No staff member came to check if she was ok despite at least 2 being in the area. The Atlantis ship is without doubt impressive but obviously wasn’t the main thing on my mind at that point. Decided to skip the launch simulator mainly for my wife’s benefit but also another large queue. Shock Well at least we get a free lunch right? Only one sit down fast food outlet for 1000s of people. 45+ minute wait for cold flavourless food that we had to eat outside in the rain as it was so busy and people were saving tables for the families that wouldn’t be eating for close to an hour. “Shall we go in the hero’s of nasa building to try and make the most of the day?” I said on our way out miserably. No! It was closed 2 hours before closing time. An amazing complex that is run terribly. Don’t waste your time and money

4.00Didn't realize that I jad to exchange the Viator voucher for a ticket at will call. Consequently, i lost my place in the entry line (where I was 10th in line to get the ticket. That may have been understood by someone who had used your services often, but it was not clear to me. The tour was ok, but overpriced. I toured the Johnson Space Center several years ago and thought it had much more to offer and at what seemed at the time areasonable cost.

5.00A fantastic experience! Everything went smoothly from ticket purchase to admission. First, we took a bus tour of the grounds of NASA Kennedy Space Center; you should allow 5-6 hours for this. Afterwards, we took part in the KSC visitor tour, but even there, there was not enough time to see everything. I recommend planning two days as there is so much to see and everything is very interesting. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

5.00The Kennedy Space Center was fascinating! It was fun to visit a few days after Artemis launched. It was easy to sense the staff enthusiasm. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived about 9AM on a Monday (cool weather, a few showers) and stayed almost until closing at 6 PM. We enjoyed all exhibits and appreciated the center’s organization, traffic flow, and effective crowd management. Approximately half of the visitors we interacted with were EU families—spring vacation travelers.We were surprised that there weren’t more learning opportunities for non-English speaking travelers ) Our party consisted of three educators (K-20 students) comments regarding appropriate kid age-levels may not apply to all students especially those who love science and space in particular. There were many excellent interactive learning opportunities, beautiful IMAX films and graphics, and great science/math written and oral explanations. While some special exhibits and permanent shows were suitable for elementary-age children (6-10 years old), the vast majority of enthusiastic kid visitors we saw were older (12+ years old). Most live speakers (e.g., meet an astronaut, Saturn rocket tour), demonstrations, and written language were geared toward older and more knowledgeable students and adults.

5.00The Kennedy Space Center is a must do for everyone. It appeals to all ages and provides artifacts and experiences that help you to understand the history and current innovation in the space program. This is our 3rd time visiting and we will be back!

4.00Go early, to take advantage of the day. Plenty of queue to return on the bus making the transfers.
