5.00We went on New Years Day and was surprised it wasn’t more crowded. We thought the whole tour (including the bus) was very well done, informative and even my fidgeting tween found it all very fascinating. It was a great mix of history and hands on entertainment. It’s perfect for all ages. We wish we had more time to explore. We were not expecting this to be more than a 2 hour excursion. Even for someone who isn’t fascinating by rockets and space travel, I could see a family spending a full day here.

5.00This was our first visit to Kennedy and it was everything we expected and more! There was loads of history and tons of things to interact with. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very helpful and polite. The entire facility - down to the buses - was clean and well maintained. Our only regret is not having more time to see it all! We can’t wait to come back.

1.00Don't go in xmas, too many ppl. Even during quiet season, its not worth $75/adult & $60/kid. Its not that great, it was diassapointing. There were numerous things we couldnt do bc we had to pre-register for these activities but nowhere on the website it said certain activities had to be pre-registered. It was so expensive to get in, I thought it waa going to be amazing but it was so ordinary and non-infornative, why on earth are they charging so much??

5.00This was wonderful. Been wanting to go here for decades. Advice. Take the bus tour as soon you get there. Also get there when it opens. There is a lot of wonderful things to see. All students of any age please go and learn.

3.00I find it ironic that the space centre known for technological advancement, cannot organise bus delays. Without doubt they are horrendous and a huge downfall of this trip. A two year old could see this problem ad organise it competently. Shame on the organisers. In addition, while I met some wondeful staff, this was negated by extremely bad mannered rude staff that think it is their right to shout at customers and be downright rude. Someone from HR needs to take action and deal with them. I witnessed a female security peson screaming at an elderly couple. If she had opened her eyes she sould have noticed they both were wearing hearing aids! There is a monumental amount of complaceny evident among the staff. I think they should be reminded that we customers are keeping them in a job and they need to show a modicum of repect.
