Recommended for guests to bring their own front-facing infant seats. Limited child seats are available at an additional charge on request.

Please note we do not carry children under the age of 1 and no refund will be given.

Please note that Queensland law requires all guests travelling on our coaches to wear seat belts at all times, failure to do so could result in a Queensland Government fine.

This tour has separate departure locations depending on whether you are staying in Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach. Please make sure you book the correct departure location. If you are staying in Hervey Bay, select pick up from Buccaneer Drive. If you are staying in Rainbow Beach, select pick up from Rainbow Beach Road.

The commencement of hotel pickups is approximately 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, you must make telephone contact with the local service provider to book the pickup and verify the exactness of your pickup time, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the departure.

This was a well organised day tour. The vehicle ride on Fraser Island was a bit bumpy and uncomfortable at times but well worth the trip to see the sights of what K’Gari has to offer. The lunch stop was very good with plenty of choice. The lake swim at Lake Mackenzie rounded off a nice day out.

Great tour! Andy was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Great for all ages. The drive on the beach was incredible.

I wanted to leave this review as I was really disappointed with this day tour and the customer service thereafter, especially at the price paid $270 per person, it was NOT worth it. Lacklustre experience on rails, delays and waiting around, food that made me feel queasy and worst yet, lost property that was unresponsive and never returned, certain the cleaning team picked it up which is shameful. Customer service didn’t even want to partially compensate for the poor experience, no good will gestures, which says a lot! My advice, avoid, book with a different tour company with 4x4s for a better experience of the island.
