  We had a wonderful experience on the Khizi & Shahdag tour. The views were absolutely beautiful, especially the mountains and colorful hills. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. A special thanks to our guide Sayed — he was very friendly, nice, and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. He kept the atmosphere fun and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Baku!

  I had an amazing experience on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Everything was well organized, the places we visited were beautiful, and the overall journey was very comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to our tour guide, Ayden, who made the experience even better. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Thanks to Ayden, the tour felt more personal and memorable. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Nazperi. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history, culture, and significance of each place we visited in a very clear and engaging way. Her insights about Azerbaijan made the entire trip much more meaningful and interesting. Naz was also very friendly, patient, and approachable, always happy to answer questions and make sure everyone was comfortable. She maintained a great balance between sharing information and giving us time to explore on our own. Overall, she made the tour enjoyable, informative, and memorable. I would highly recommend Naz to anyone visiting Azerbaijan.

  Despite the inclement weather ATI Travel made sure that the trip is operated. Naz our tour guide, an extremely motivated, energetic and positive personality provided requisite guidance besides entertaining with her lovely interaction and karaoke songs. She made sure that tourists from multiple nationalities remain engaged and do not lose interest. We wish her best of luck in her pursuits and dreams. It kept raining almost throughout the trip. We enjoyed the chair lift on the snowy Shahdag resort and Azeri cuisine 'Chudu' with ginger and berry tea. One suggestion; the leather upholstery of the seats in the car we were travelling in was quite slippery. These may be replaced with some suitable fabric.

  I had an amazing experience on the Shahdag trip! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. A special thanks to our guide, Saaed, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure everyone in the group was comfortable. He explained everything clearly, shared interesting insights, and kept the whole trip engaging and fun. The driver also deserves great appreciation for his professionalism. The drive was safe and comfortable throughout, even on the mountain roads, which really added to the overall positive experience. Shahdag itself was breathtaking — beautiful views, fresh air, and a perfect escape from the city. The timing of stops was well planned, giving us enough time to explore and enjoy without feeling rushed. Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Baku. • Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining

  Once again, I want to congratulate ATI Travel for the outstanding service they provided and the high level of professionalism of the people they employ. Once again, Khadija went out of her way to guarantee we were completely satisfied with the tour we booked. Once again, our driver, this time Elnur, demonstrated an exceptional ability to maintain perfect control of our vehicle despite the terrible fog and nonstop rain we encountered. And, once again, the real jewel in the company's crown was our guide, Naz. We booked the tour to Guba and Khinalig. However, the weather was extremely uncooperative. Because of the amount of rain, we were unable to get out of the van at Candcane Mountain and ended up taking our photos from the open door. Because of the fog, we could barely see Beshbarmaq Mountain, so we ended up taking a photo from Naz's tablet. And, lastly, because of what was reported as an avalanche and subsequent road closure, our destination was changed in the middle of the tour to Shahdag, a ski resort, instead of Khinalig, a mountain village. The ski season had ended due to a lack of snow, and the rain made the other activities either unavailable or very unattractive options. Under normal circumstances, this might have been a recipe for disaster. However, Naz's unbridled enthusiasm, coupled with her vivacious personality, made it impossible to be disappointed. Without skipping a beat, she suggested what her other two guests might find interesting, then, together with my husband and me, went to the empty cafeteria. She helped us both with questions we had about our phones, went outside with us to take a few photos, and spent the rest of the time just chatting, as if we'd known each other for years and were getting reacquainted. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her sense of humor is heart-warming. Before we knew it, two hours had passed, and it was time to get back on the bus, where the good time just continued. Instead of being thrown off kilter because of the last-minute changes in the itinerary, Naz seemed almost energized by the fact that she'd crossed that hurdle and things were going well. She opened her tablet, and the music began just like it had on the Thursday tour. She sang either with us or to us all the way back to Baku. Her energy is boundless, and her positivity is infectious. If there was ever anyone who could find the silver lining in a cloud, it's Naz. She turned a cloudy, rainy day into such a positive experience that, by the end of the trip, my husband was asking where she was touring tomorrow because he was seriously thinking we should sign up and go with her again. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our time in Baku. If we ever return, we'll definitely book all of our tours with Naz and ATI Travel.
