AAC Stargazing Experience is divided into 3 thematic sections: 1. Introduction – Observational Astronomy: In this first section we will briefly talk about the history of Astronomy, about ancient civilizations, about the officially recognized constellations and how they are associated with the most beautiful stories from Greek Mythology. We will orient ourselves according to the stars, and we will examine our cosmic neighborhood. 2. Philosophical Astronomy: In section 2, we will discuss some of the most mind-bending Astronomy facts and queries, and we will bend over Cosmos’ biggest mysteries. 3. Photography: Finally, we will see some tips and techniques about astrophotography, and we will capture some great images, acquiring your unique personal souvenir from an Aegean starry night. Throughout the procedure, ACC’s telescope will be used, bringing us a little closer into space and time.

5.00Panos' enthusiasm for astronomy allows you to experience the night sky in a whole new way. I particularly appreciated his fantastic storytelling and detailed explanations about the nature of stars and planets.

5.00Panos was an excellent guide and an incredibly passionate astronomer. His enthusiasm for the stars drew us into the constellations and the mythology behind them. I bought this experience as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday but would definitely recommend it to anyone!

5.00This star gazing evening was very fun and enlightening. Panos was super accommodating and changed the meeting time and place based on our lodging location. He greeted us warmly with a sangria and shared many myths with us as he pointed out the visible constellations. He’s quite passionate. Through his powerful telescope we could see Saturns rings and the craters of the moon. I recommend this stargazing event !! Enjoy.

5.00An unforgettable experience. From a secluded beach sheltered from light pollution, Panos shares his science and his passion for astronomy in very accessible English for non-English speakers. When darkness has set in, the journey into the stars ends with breathtaking telescope observations. A must do, it is prudent to book

5.00Wonderful stories and great knowledge of the northern hemisphere and the history of Astronomy. Saw Saturn and its moons + Jupiter and moons. Was able to explore moon in details through the telescope. Awesome.
