1-Booking Confirmation: Confirmation includes pickup time, location, vehicle type, and driver contact (if applicable). Flight details or hotel name are requested to ensure accurate scheduling. 2-Pre-Arrival Coordination For airport pickups: We monitor flight status in real time to adjust for delays or early arrivals. For hotel pickups: We coordinate with hotel reception to ensure smooth access and guest notification. Guests receive a reminder message 12–24 hours before pickup. 3- Meet & Greet At the airport: Your driver waits outside the arrivals hall with a Dream Peak Safaris sign and wears a branded uniform. Assistance with luggage and a warm welcome are provided. At the hotel: Driver arrives at the scheduled time, checks in with reception, and meets guests at the lobby or entrance. Vehicle is clearly marked with our company logo. 4-Transfer Journey Guests travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle (in your Minivan, 4x4 or SUV). Bottled water is provided. Optional en-route stops (viewpoints, cafés, or restrooms) can be arranged. Driver shares local insights and answers questions if guests wish.
