  I've thought about our trip for a while before writing this review. There are so pros but also some cons. Pros: The crew are amazing. You could not find any better anywhere. If any of you are reading this, I'd be more than happy to provide a glowing reference. Food. Very good Captain. Excellent. Cons: I'm not sure about other cruises but the horizontal falls were completely underwhelming. I know tides, weather etc affect the days experiences but it's a bit of a stretch to describe the tour as Horizontal Falls experience. You spend a hell of a lot of the day just travelling. It's somewhat interesting on the way out but be prepared for exactly the same on the way back. The boat. Stable but you have this constant engine noise which is under where you sit. A constant drone all the way out. Wash, rinse, repeat on the way back. People just gave up talking to each other as you ended up shouting as to be heard. So. For the price I'd say it's not worth it. I've been on a lot of tours for way under the price of this one which have been much more enjoyable.

  My mum and I took the Kimberley Day Cruise (Full Day Tour) during our girls’ trip to Broome in September 2025, and it was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We were blown away by the professionalism, organisation, and commitment to excellence shown by the entire team at Kimberley Day Cruise. From the moment we were picked up in Broome to the time we were dropped off that evening, everything ran seamlessly. We enjoyed a truly unforgettable day filled with delicious food, flowing wine, stunning scenery, and fascinating commentary from the crew. I can’t recommend Kimberley Day Cruise highly enough — it’s an experience not to be missed!

  It's an early morning rise from Broome that is well worth it. The Kimberley is pure magic and the day cruise was the best way to do it. The crew are fantastic excellent service great knowledge about the Kimberley and great story telling by Willy.(I think) The food was delicious.

  A wonderful day, and suitable for older tourists. For filling a bucket list trip, we found the whole experience tremendously enjoyable. From the pick up, the early morning drive watching the sunrise. A wonderful driver, to our arrival to cygnet bay. The luxurious boat, the wonderful helpful staff. The incredible scenery, more spectacular than you can imagine. The rock formations and the local stories a wonderful edition. The food was tasty, well delivered, and never ending.   We had an absolutely fantastic day on this cruise. The scenery is spectacular and it is definitely worth the price. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and help make the experience unique. The food is really good, the service exceptional and the drinks keep flowing all afternoon. We could not recommend it more highly. Willie, the cultural expert, is full of great stories and is an added bonus to a great day.

  Fantastic views. Takes almost fourteen hrs from pick up to drop off. Well organised. Boat trip was noisy as it is open. Friendly crew. Alcohol should be limited or crew should be trained in serving.

  What an amazing experience and fabulous boat trip tour we enjoyed with Kimberley Day Cruises yesterday travelling through the stunning Buccaneer Archipelago to Horizontal Falls with the wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional crew! The boat, the food, the drinks and all the crew were simply magnificent. We couldn't fault a thing and loved the staff's passion and love for the spectacular region.   What a wonderful experience. The customer service is outstanding from Kimberley Day Cruises. From the pick up with Tony, onto the boat with Katie, Amy, Ollie, Dennis, Jacob & Willie. Just exceptional and we cannot recommend enough. The falls were flowing and food was flowing also. Wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much.   This trip is amazing! I highly recommend doing this Tour when in Broome!! The crew are very knowledgeable in regards to the area, the food is excellent and the professionalism shown all day was commendable! We were constantly informed as to what was going on, and the up close and personal view of the tide coming through the larger of the two gaps at Horizontal Falls was an Oh My Goodness moment!   I honestly don’t think I could fit into words just how incredible this day was with the team at Kimberley Day Cruise. From the moment the day started until the sun fell, it was nothing short of spectacular. Spending an entire day with this crew from sunrise to sunset felt like hanging out with old friends or family. They made everyone feel so welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. Yes, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking (those landscapes are something else) but it was the team that really made the experience unforgettable. We were genuinely spoilt the whole day: delicious food, cold drinks to toast with, fascinating stories and local knowledge, lots of laughs, crocs spotted along the way, and smiles all around. They thought of everything. Honestly, it was faultless. Absolutely faultless. If you’re even slightly unsure about booking this trip, don’t be. Just go. If I could relive this day again and again, I absolutely would. And p.s Thank you team for making my birthday even more special.
