5.00Back from our memorable visit to a small but beautiful country Tunisia. We used Kings Service car hire for two days, one day our driver was Freg and another day was Sameh, both of them are extremely polite, professional and have very well knowledge of the places and also both are very friendly. Some of the pics from our visit at various places. Thank you and we will use them again as definitely coming back for Sahara desert experience 🐪🌵🐫

5.00Bader took us today to see the Colliseum at El Jem and also to the museum nearby.He chauffeured us brilliantly with a great commentary about the Country he dearly loves.I would like to use his service again in the future.Thank you Nick.
Disappointing Tour Experience - Not as advertised

2.00We paid £170 for a private day tour to Tunis, Carthage & Sidi Bou Said, expecting a guided experience with entrance fees included. Instead, we got a driver with limited English who was unable to provide explanations or the “personal, local touch highlighted in the advertising. There was no guided exploration of the Medina as promised, so we missed the key sights and insights we had been looking forward to. We had to pay admission fees at Carthage ourselves, despite the literature stating these were included. Overall, the service amounted to nothing more than a private driver, which is not what we had paid for. Although the company later apologised and issued a partial refund without hesitation, we feel we missed out on the only opportunity we had to truly experience these sites whilst in Tunisia.
Overnight in the Sahara

5.00A year ago we did a day trip with Sameh who was recommended by the hotel we were staying at in El Kantaoui. I contacted Sameh of Kings Service directly this year to arrange an overnight trip to stay in a camp in Sahara which they did and it was excellent, the trip can be tailored to whatever you want to do, but from the Sousse area it would need to be an overnight. Sameh was our driver and guide for the 2 days, as we went to El Jem, Matmata, Douglas, the Sahara Camp (my wife and I said it was the best night sleep in years) the next morning up for sunrise and across the salt lake the Star Wars set and a jeep safari. I cannot recommended it enough, we had a great time, made even better by Sameh who is great fun. Will be back again to do more.

5.00Our tour with King's Service was truly exceptional. They not only delivered on their promises but exceeded them in every way. The team was incredibly professional, yet remarkably friendly and approachable. Their greatest strengths lie in their flexibility and highly experienced crew. It was clear that the team, especially Samah, genuinely loves what they do; their passion made the entire experience truly amazing. From seamless airport transfers at the start and end of our week-long trip to two separate, perfectly organized tours on different days, we couldn't have asked for more. If I could, I'd give King's Service more than five stars! We are completely satisfied with their outstanding services.
