This tour takes you to a three magnificent places on the slopes of Kozjak and Mosor mountains!
Klis Fortress tour is first on the itinerary. This fortress, located between mountains Mosor and Kozjak has played an important role in history being the strategic point between the coast and the hinterland of Dalmatia. Croatian dukes and kings hold it as part of their kingdom but the most famous role fortress had in the wars with the Ottoman empire.
After Klis Fortress, we will visit ethno-agro park Stella Croatica. Here you will see the production of local plant products and pastries. You will join a guided tour through the production lane, botanical garden and Olive Museum where you’ll hear the fascinating history of olive cultivation and its cultural significance in the region.
The last stop is Vranjača, a breathtaking geological monument. Vranjača cave is the underground world of stalactites and stalagmites that has been shaped by water for millions of years.

The attractions go very well together, and we were very happy about the sites as well as the stories shared and historical facts highlighted by Mario. 5.00We LOVED our private tour with Mario! He picked us up directly from the hotel. We got to Klis' fortress early, so we had the site to ourselves. He explained the story really well, it was super interesting. We then went to Stella Croatica (olive oil museum). We enjoyed seeing the creation process, but even more taste the products and bring back some for our loved ones. Finally, we visited the cave of Vranjaca. This is super impressive site! Again, we were almost alone, so we really got to take our time and appreciate the beauty of the place. Thank you Mario for a wonderful day!

Day started right in time and Mario with patience, professionalism and a pleasant yet informative conversation will guide through a fascinating trip tobKlis fortress with plenty to see then Stella Croatia where we experienced a true insight into the natural, cultural and gastronomic heritage of Dalmatian. We ended the tour with Vranjaca Cave a natural wonder beneath the earth. The tour is well organised and Mario takes care of his guests till the last minute.
