The ways of taste more than a simple tour, it is a real journey to discover the knowledge and flavors of this magnificent land that is Cilento. I designed and realized this tour to share with you the excellences of this territory, between history, culture and gastronomy. I have selected the best companies of wines, extra virgin olive oil, buffalo mozzarella and Cilento white fig and you will discover the history of each one, you will visit the working environments, but above all you will delight your palate with products with unique flavors. I will also tell you a story from 2500 years ago, thanks to a guided tour of the archaeological site of the ancient Greek-Roman city of Paestum and the treasures preserved in the National Museum. Only at the end of this tour, away from stress, and enjoying the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet, can you say that you have really known and discovered a rich and pristine land, a true human destination: the Cilento!

Paestum Ancient city of Campania situated near the Tyrrhenian coast, south of Salerno: it was one of the main centers of Magna Graecia. The oldest traces of human settlement on the site date back to the Paleolithic; more consistent are the testimonies relating to the Bronze Age (see culture of Gaudo). Around 600 BCE, Greek colonists from Sibari founded a city, which they named Posidonia, and built the great sanctuary of Hera just north, near the mouth of the Sele river. At the end of the 5th century BC Paestum was conquered by the Lucanians, under whom it lived a period of prosperity and reached its maximum territorial expansion; in 273 BC the Romans established their own colony, changing the name of the city to the current one

From the very beginning, his attention to detail was on another level—every element of the day felt thoughtfully curated and tailored specifically to us. What truly set this apart was how intimate and immersive the experience felt. Nikola guided us through the beautiful Cilento region, creating a journey full of surprises and unforgettable moments. Highlights included exploring ancient ruins in Paestum, an incredible visit to a local buffalo mozzarella farm, and a private wine tasting that was both educational and indulgent. But beyond the destinations themselves, it was Nikola’s genuine commitment to our experience that stood out most. He constantly checked in, asked for feedback, and adjusted along the way to make sure everything exceeded expectations. 5.00I am a teacher and I have been to Cilento with my school (technical institute for tourism). We had the pleasure of meeting Nicola in the stage of Santa Maria di Castellabate, where he organized for us a team game that combines fun to discover the territory, an innovative way to renterpret the idea of tours and enhance the different local realities. We also tasted the excellent "salt water" homemade by Signoria Lia, her mom, who kindly hosted us in her kitchen! We will recommend it and will gladly return

5.00With my wife and friends, I went on holiday to Napoli and Paestom. We visited Vesuvio, Pompei, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. We enjoyed many trips around the region. The most amazing trip we experienced was the one with Masaniello Tourist -TOUR LE VIE DEL GUSTO....! Nicola was just brilliant with his program and his personality. 5.00We had the most amazing tour!!! It was completely custom to what we wanted. It was our honeymoon and Nicola made the experience unforgettable! We started in Castellabate and had an amazing experience touring the town. Then we had a private beach meal! We could not have asked for anything better and out of our month it Italy it was our favorite experience! You will remember your tour with Nicola for the rest of your life and will always think back on it as a travel highlight! 💗💗💗

The day included visits to a buffalo mozzarella farm, a family owned winery, as well as a white fig producer- each one was a real gem. It was clear that Nicola has forged strong relationships in the area which gave us access to the very best artisans. He took great care to ensure the tour met and exceeded our expectations. We have travelled extensively and would not hesitate to recommend Nicola and Masaniello tours to everyone! Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!

5.00There is not much more that I can possibly add to 600 5 Star reviews, other than to say that they are all absolutely correct. We spend a full day with Nicola and truly enjoyed every minute, but I must say that his mom stole the show with her magnificent cooking. We will be back. Ciao and Grazie mille!

5.00We had an amazing boat tour. We went up and down the coast line. Stopped to swim several times. The water temperature was perfect. The sea was so clean you could see the bottom and all the fish. We had a very delicious homemade Italian lunch with sparkling wine and white wine. Nicola made the day very special and relaxing. He had a great sense of humor. He made sure we were having a good time and let us decide what we wanted to do. Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend this Tour.

5.00If you travel in Cilento you can not miss this experience in the wonderful sea of Punta Licosa. Nicola will guide you in an overwhelming and friendly way on this journey of history, culture, anecdotes and gastronomy. It's exciting how only in half a day spent together, when you come back you feel different, friend and no longer guest. Time is precious and the time spent during this day was really lived intensely and well spent. Finally, thanks to the skill of Nicola and his crew, I too, who are physically disabled, managed to dive into this unique and wonderful sea.
