    We had a great experience with Mizuho. She reached out to us before the trip, we developed the list of places to visit together. She picked us up at the port terminal, we took the trains to the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, Ikuta Shrine , and Chinatown. She was well prepared. We enjoyed her detailed presentation when we visited the places. On top of that, she made the reservation for us to have the Kobe beef after our tour. The steaks were so delicious, just melted in our mouths. It’s a great tour!

    Mr Yama met us at the high speed train 30 minutes early which was very nice of him. Very good communication via email before the day of the tour. Mr. does walk fast, however, he is very efficient at what he does. Would highly recommend Mr Yama as a tour guide.

    Our kind and patient tour guide was Hiromi. She helped us navigate the buses and trains effectively and efficiently. The sites were chosen by our family as well as some recommendations by our guide. We took the Ropeway to the herb garden. It's a nice stable and smooth ride with great views of the city below. She recommended a nice restaurant at our last stop where we enjoyed a nice Kobe steak meal. Thank you, Hiro! What a great finish to a wonderful day!!
