5.00My husband and I had an amazing time with Koloa Zipline! From start to finish, the entire experience was perfect. Our guides, Ace and T, were outstanding enthusiastic, encouraging, knowledgeable, and so much fun to be around. They made us feel safe and confident while keeping the energy high the whole time. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and ziplining through such beautiful scenery was an unforgettable way to see the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better day or better guides. If you’re visiting Kauaʻi, this is a must do adventure!

5.00My wife and I signed up for this experience way ahead of time and were so happy that we did. The female staff member who had a long name that I can not remember but I remember Austin calling her "Mo" met us right when we drove up. We greatly appreciated her waiting for us because we were driving in a very interesting area. Austin and Mo got us set up and broke the ice as we had some nerves at the beginning. Austin went the extra mile to make sure I had the best helmet due to my big head. We got in the truck and headed up to the first platform. Austin was super pumped and helpful to our group of 10 about going sitting first, than heads free, and then flying and then upside down. His enthusiasm and care was obvious and was felt by all which led to all of us doing all of these different ways of zip lining. Mo was great as well. Super polite and respectful. Extremely positive and made sure we were not nervous and felt the support throughout the whole experience. The 8 ziplines were awesome. Some short and 3 that were very long. Austin and Mo were incredible and made sure we had a great time. Provided water and some wonderful granola bars. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone... and try and get Mo and Austin. They were awesome!!! The two ladies in the front office were very rude and short. The complete opposite of Austin and Mo. Kind of sad and depressing.

5.00Guides were so friendly, upbeat and encouraging. Loved the different positions you could use on each line. Scenery was beautiful and course was well maintained.

5.00I’m older and not in the best shape. My asthma was unrelenting on the hikes up but our crew including other riders were so patient and nice. Highly recommend so much fun but yes the hike was a tough one.

5.00The team was amazing! I felt safe and the guides were funny and supportive. I recommend that everyone trust the guides and try all the different ways to go down. Will definitely do again.
