I had an amazing experience visiting Kolsai, Kaindy, and Charyn Canyon. Each place was breathtaking and unique in its own way. The tour was well-organized, comfortable, and perfectly paced. Our guide, Alina, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the history and nature of the area. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kazakhstan. It's definitely one of the best experiences you can have. The driver also did an excellent job-safe, patient, and very professional, especially on the mountain roads. Keep it up, Guys, I definitely will visit again ......

It was a nice experience we had in Almaty. Thanks to Joinme Asia to have our 2-day trip memorable. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and friendly( danyal) to us. Timings for the bus are appreciated. One of the travelers forget their belongings in the canyon but they managed to help and get it back. Maybe the food for the Saty village can adjust the menu and servings. But overall, it was a very good experience

Good tour. With natural beauty. With some buts: very infantile guide, partly felt like in a kindergarten. The UAZ drive is not suitable for people with frequent back pain. Thanks for this…

Zhanna is such wonderful guide! She speaks perfect English and gave clear instructions at all stops. The lakes and canyons are so beautiful! Horse riding is very nice.

We felt disappointed because there was supposed to be a bonfire on the last night, but it was cancelled without reliable reason. It seemed that our tour guide did not prioritize the best interests of the tourists

Excellent 17-hour tour of picturesque places in Almaty region. The guide was Abulkhair. A hot, easy guy, always positive. He speaks three languages, English with an accent. We visited two locations of the Charyn Canyon, the lower Kolsai Lake and Lake Kayindy (there we transferred to UAZIKI and rode to it by mountain road). There were also many toilet/snack stops and one stop for a full lunch in the dining room near Sata village. The bus sang songs by Korge, whose concert was cancelled four days before the start. I definitely recommend to visit this excursion. Left the Circus at 5:35, got back at 10:50 p.m.

Bubahayt is the best guide. (Not sure if I correctly wrote his name tho lol) Yesterday I joined a tour as well, but it was with a different guide. Today, however, it was with Bubahayt. I had the same expectations as yesterday, but he turned out to be very different. He was fully committed to his role, taking responsibility for every little detail to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable journey throughout the day. He seemed to truly enjoy what he does, and I could feel the positive energy from his dedication. It made me realize, “This is how work should be done.” While I was happy to discover beautiful places in Almaty, meeting Bubahayt itself became one of the most meaningful lessons of this trip. This was not only my first time in Kazakhstan, but also my first time joining a group tour alone, and he gave me such a wonderful impression. I’m very grateful for that. Next time I visit Kazakhstan, I would love to join another tour guided by Bubahayt. One more thing to add: I even thought that I would love to work with someone like Bubahayt—or even hire him myself. If he continues to make this his profession, I believe he will become one of the very best in the field. And even if he chooses a completely different path, I’m confident that he will succeed in whatever he does.
