Continue to Tonle Sap Lake for a motorized boat ride through Kompong Phluk Floating Village, exploring stilted homes, and the fascinating flooded forest.

Afternoon Tour:
After hotel pickup, start your journey at Nearadey Coffee, then visit a local market before boarding a boat tour across the calm waters of Tonle Sap Lake. Enjoy peaceful views of the floating village and witness a beautiful sunset over the lake — a perfect way to end your day in Siem Reap. small group service, and professional English-speaking guide.

    Our tour with Phyrom was amazing. Very complete experience with lots of cultural context explained. Very knowledgeable guide with lots of local insight. Explanation of brief modern history of the region, context of everyday life in the country, among other very interesting stuff.

    Phyrom was a great guide and I really loved the tour of floating village. Highly recommend! Very authentic experience. Boat ride through the mangro forest costs an additional $5, but so worth it.

    Ry is an amazing tour guide. His personality is gentle and attentive to detail, speaks very good english, and he has a lot of personal and general information to share about life around Tonle Sap. He invites people to approach the experience with curiosity and overall it feels like he brings tourists around in a responsible way to the local community. The place is definitely worth visiting.

    I absolutely loved this tour! It was one of the most memorable experiences of my trip. Visiting the floating villages around Siem Reap allowed me to discover a community that still lives in a truly authentic way, far from the rhythms of modern life. Exploring the mangroves by boat, learning about the villagers’ history and culture, and stopping at the local pagoda/market made the experience even more meaningful. The tour was well-organized, the guide was knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and genuine. The afternoon option was especially magical with the sunset over the lake. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a real, immersive glimpse into local life on Tonle Sap!
