  Nice trip along several islands. The organisation was very smooth with pick up arranged out of area. We asked to set off early and this was arranged for us. This way we saw the sunrise from the boat, which was beautiful and we arrived at most stips before the crowds. Lots of space on the boat, both shaded and in the sun. There is a set tour schedule and we were giving a return time for some of the stops but were able to return to the boat sooner if we wanted. We spent lots of time snorkeling without a time limit. Watermelon and pineapple and plenty of cold water was provided. Return to our accommodation was waiting for us when we arrived.

  The activity started badly near Phra Nang, as we were taken off the boat in an area full of mud and rocks, where it was very difficult to move forward, with or without our flip-flops, and where several of us injured our foot. Fortunately, the rest of the activity went better: the sites (Chicken island for snorkeling, Koh Tap and Koh Poda for the beach) were very beautiful and we could enjoy.

  They picked us up ahead of time, and drove us to the pier. We rented fins, because the operator offers masks and snorkels, but no fins. Please make sure you rent your fins at their shop near the pier or bring your own. We paid the 10 baht fee per person to access the pier, and off we went. The park fee was paid at the first island we landed. No surprises, as they told us ahead of time that we would be charged this very small amount. Also, we asked whether they could arrange food, and they prepared delicious chicken fried rice meals that were served at lunch time in one of the islands. Our skipper was friendly and helpful, but did not speak any language other than Thai. But Google Translate resolved this minor issue. We were really happy with our skipper’s skills, friendliness, and flexibility. He was very courteous, prepared a fresh fruit feast for us, and anticipated every potential issue related to our age group (we are in our 60’s). As requested, he took us to great diving spots and breathtaking islands and beaches. We highly recommend this trip!!

  Highly disappointed with this private 6 hour charter. The ad says "connect with nature for the whole 6 hours". After we visited 3 islands (30 minutes at 2 islands, 1 hour at the third) we thought we were headed to the 4th island only to be dropped back at the departure pier after only 4 hours. When we questioned why we were back so soon, he said the 4th island was a drive by Chicken Island and we could come back during low tide and walk to the other island, but we would have to pay our own taxi fare both ways. There was no snorkeling or swimming off the boat and we were never offered any water or fruit. Luckily we brought breakfast from the hotel. There was no interaction with boat operator, other than getting on and off the boat. We understood he did not speak much English, but there are many other ways to communicate. We read many reviews before we booked, so you can imagine our disappointment. Trust us when we say look elsewhere.

  Great trip. So many views. Chance to snorkel and good time to explore each of the four drop points. Pack your own food and snacks as little was available.

  

  

• A Fun day of Island Hopping

  My sister, niece, and I enjoyed having our own private boat to explore the 4 islands. At our request, the driver punctually picked us up at our hotel at 730am and took us to the dock where we got on our boat. Our driver didn't speak a lot of English but it didn't affect our experience. He was pleasant and took us to a different cove when it was too windy to snorkel a the location designated for snorkeling. He used Google Translate at times to give us more specific instructions about when to be back at the boat. We loved Boda island and just being on the water and seeing the amazing rock formations all around us! We were wondering about food, and we were happy to find out that Boda island had a snack bar and we were able to get iced espressos and coconuts. Snorkeling is a secondary activity, so I don't recommend this tour if that is high on your list. Koh Tao or perhaps Maya bay might be a better option if you want to do some quality snorkeling. We spent a full 6 hours on the tour and after returning to the dock, our driver was waiting to take us back to the hotel. It was a fun and great experience! Though we were interested in Phi Phi Islands/ Maya Bay, we were glad we didn't do that in the Long tail because the waves were choppy and it would have been a brutal 1 1/2 hour boat ride in each direction. If you go to those islands from Krabi, I recommend the bigger, faster boats.

  I would highly recommend this trip for family travellers. The pricing is per trip rather than per person, which makes it excellent value for a family of 4–5. We started the journey a bit early, and the hotel pickup was smooth. Everything ran seamlessly, even though the operators spoke only a little English. Do make sure to bring 200 baht per adult in cash for the entrance ticket, as this is not included in the price.

  A very chilled day. Just the right amount of time in the boat vs island stops. The driver was relaxed and ensured our safety, by avoiding boat wash (from larger vessels) on every occasion. The whole booking experience was seamless.

  Great experience. Option to start early to avoid the crowds. We were able to adapt our itinerary to our needs. Also some delicious fruit and water included.

  It was a horrible experience, and I honestly felt cheated. Let’s start with the boat: it smelled strongly of gasoline, and once we arrived, it broke down. We had to wait over an hour for a replacement boat before continuing to Railay Beach. The tour was supposed to include Chicken Island and Thale Waek, but we did not stop at either of them. We only passed by, which is unacceptable since stops at these locations were clearly part of the itinerary. Most of the time was spent on Poda Island, while Phra Nang Cave was not visited at all. When we asked about it, the answer was simply “you have to walk from Railay Beach”, even though the tour description clearly stated that the boat would take us there. Overall, the organization was poor, the itinerary was not respected, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this tour to anyone.
