Itinerary full day option: Hotel Pick-Up (7:30 AM): Begin your day with a convenient pick-up from your hotel. Our guides will greet you and provide a brief overview of the day's activities. Morning Yoga (8:00 AM - 9:30 AM): Awaken your senses with a revitalising 90-minute yoga session. We begin our day by going to a beautiful place for yoga. This session is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Breakfast & Refreshments (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM): Fuel your body with a healthy breakfast Naam - Hydrotherapy (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Discover the art of hydrotherapy, which combines relaxation techniques with gentle movements in the water. Experience 10 immersive stations and melt away tension. Lunch (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Enjoy a leisurely and wholesome lunch break. Sound Healing (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Conclude your wellness journey with a deeply restorative sound healing session. Our certified sound healing practitioner will guide you through a meditative experience. Departure (3:30 PM): At the end of your day, we will transport you back to your hotel, leaving you feeling refreshed & rejuvenated

5.00I had such a great time on this wellness experience. Everything was really well organised. From transport to the little details, which made it feel effortless. The activities were amazing. A perfect mix of movement and relaxation. The locations were absolutely beautiful too. I came back feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was exactly what I needed.

5.00What a complete day full of active and relaxing activities. The tour is fully guided, and this company knows the best places and facilitators in Krabi. If you want a bit of a different day than the usual tours Id recommend these guys. They a more premium, so a bit higher price.

5.00A truly relaxing experience! We loved everything about this place — the onsen, the hydrotherapy, and the sound healing were all amazing. The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff made it perfect for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended!
