3.00Ferry was nice and comfortable, however the pick up was late. Was told to be at reception between 9 and 9:30, so we got there early. At 9:30 I asked reception to phone the number on the booking as directed if the transport was late. They said they would phone back. I had to phone them again at 9:45 and again at 9:55, just as the transport arrived. I was starting to think we would miss the ferry.

5.00The staff and speedboat were very efficient. Even though the ticket indicated a 2 hr ferry, it is really a speedboat there and back and only an hour. Be wary of all the fine print as the return ‘ferry’ ticket included a charge for travel insurance that I did not need or want and somehow didn’t see the box to check to NOT want it - it appears it is automatic unless you check this box. Otherwise, everything went as planned.

3.00Pick up was late , sat outside the hotel for 30 mins extra waiting wondering if my pick up would come, it eventually did . This is a one way ticket. Found out after you can order direct with utrip for less. 450bht one way and 900bht return. Still got me to Phi Phi tho.
All good, no problems, arrived few minutes later than expected

5.00Pick up from prearranged meeting point at bottom of pier ran smoothly and pretty much on time. Journey on boat was very enjoyable. Staff seemed efficient and organised.

5.00The air-conditioned boat is very cool. An hour and a half to Phi Phi Island. There is free drinking water available as well.
