On the day of arrival, the driver waits in the pickup hall with a card with your name on it, after greeting - he leads to the car, from where the transport to the hotel or apartment begins. On the day of departure - the driver picks you up from your place of stay and brings you to the airport. Our drivers are experienced, they do speak English and the cars are clean and tidy. Please note: the price includes a one-way journey, you must make a separate booking for a return reservation. Insert "-" in the places of services you do not use (e.g. departure rail line).

5.00Excellent service. We were greeted at the airport either our driver waiting for us. I was also called and texted to let me know they were there. Return trip went well too. Drivers arrived exactly when they said they would. Well worth every penny as there was 11 of us including children and made things so much easier for us.

5.00We used Krakvel Travel & Tours during our trip to Krakow, including airport transfers, a golf buggy tour, the Schindler's Factory tour, and a visit to Auschwitz memorial. From our initial enquiry, their communication was outstanding—prompt, clear, and helpful throughout. All of their drivers and tour guides were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. A special mention goes to our driver for the Auschwitz tour, Lukasz, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. I would highly recommend Krakvel Travel & Tours to anyone planning to book tours or transfers in Krakow. I can not thank Krakvel Transfers & Tours enough for everything they have done to make my first time visiting krakow an unforgettable experience. From start to finish they have been extremely professional the communication has been first class. ⭐️Dan who took us on the Golf Buggy Tour was extremely knowledgable and made the experience very enjoyable. ⭐️Conrad who was our private driver for the Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mine tour. Was very friendly, respectful and extremely professional. ⭐️Airport transportation has been excellent both drivers very polite and punctual

5.00From booking to dropping off, Krakvel were faultless. Communication via WhatsApp was and easy and I never had to wait long for a reply. Our driver Konrad was very helpful explaining where we needed to go and what’s would happen. We received a text with a meeting point when our tour had finished. I can’t recommend these enough.
No hesitation recommending this company.

4.00We booked our airport transfer plus Auschwitz and salt mine tours with krakvel. Airport pick up was superb despite delayed flight and our driver was extremely informative on the journey in. We had originally been told our pick up for Auschwitz was 6am however this was moved to 12.50 the night before, if I’m honest this was a better time. From arriving at the first camp the trip was fantastic our guide was knowledgeable and passionate. We were back at our hotel for 7.30. The salt mine trip was fantastic and made that bit more special by our driver Peter. His passion for the city was infectious. On arrival at the mines he took us to our guide and gave detailed instructions for pick up. Despite it not being on the itinerary on arriving back in krakow Peter took us on an informed and detailed “ safari “ of the Jewish quarter and the ghetto with stops and stories outside the square, Schindler’s factory and the old pharmacy. This is certainly a man proud of his city and loves his job. Can highly recommend this company with good communications pre and post reservation.
