After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the Arrivals Gate holding a sign with your name on it. With this private airport transfer, you will be taken directly to your accommodation in comfortable and safe travel conditions. When your holiday is over, simply meet your driver in the lobby of your accommodation at a prearranged time to be transferred to the airport in time for your flight. 5.00I initially booked this company to collect our party of 6 from Krakow airport and then drop us at our Airbnb in the outskirts of Krakow. As soon as we got off the plane and airplane mode was switched off, I received a message from the driver to tell me where he would be waiting and what vehicle would be collecting us. Due to their efficiency and good communication, we used this taxi company of numerous other occasions during our stay. Due to an disastrous error on my part at the end of our stay, when I realised we had to be a Katowice airport instead of Krakow, this company went out of their way to come and collect us immediately and get us safely to the right airport in time to meet our flight. All of the drivers we dealt with were helpful, polite and courteous. Thank you very much Taxi Bus Krakow - was a pleasure dealing with you.
