We had an absolutely fantastic day on our private hire trip to Zakopane and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. There were six of us, and we were picked up directly from our hotel, which made everything completely stress-free from the start. Our driver was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the journey he pointed out key sights, shared local history, and was happy to answer all our questions. The drive itself was comfortable and relaxed, with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery. One of the highlights was stopping at a traditional old wooden carving workshop — fascinating to see the craftsmanship up close and learn about the local traditions. We then stopped to sample local cheese and vodka, which was a brilliant and authentic experience and really added to the day. The sights at the top of the mountain where breathtaking, my daughter has lots of pictures for instagram :) The trip was perfectly paced, never rushed, and tailored to what we wanted to see. Finishing the day at the thermal baths was the perfect ending — relaxing, beautiful, and exactly what we needed after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, this was an exceptional private tour that felt personal, well organised, and great value for money. If you’re visiting Kraków and considering a trip to Zakopane, this is absolutely the way to do it. We would book again without hesitation! Thank you Oskar.

PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. These are just a few short words to use to describe Oskar. My husband and I visited Krakow on a mini break and we were not disappointed by its beauty enhanced by taking advantage of customised tours visiting sites we would never have thought of. We were so impressed we even managed to fit in an impromptu tour on our last day. If you want professionalism with a friendly experience, look no further. Truly excellent.

Very helpful in arranging Auschwitz trip and kept in close communication beforehand to ensure that the day proceeded smoothly. Friendly and informative, we learned quite a bit about Polish history and culture. Box lunch was provided which was tasty and much appreciated for an extended tour. Be sure to stop at roadside grill for some outstanding Polish sausages!

Oscar and his wife were simply amazing, went out of their way to make the trip even more enjoyable than we anticipated. We’ve had many trips over the years, but Oscar’s thinking outside of the box fully deserves a special mention.

Great way to visit the Salt Mines which are well worth seeing. Oskar agreed a pickup time with us, sourced our tickets and collected us from our apartment right on time. He stayed with us until we were allocated our guide and made sure we knew where to go inside. The Salt Mine is very large and does involve a lot of steps down, but the steps are even and not hard to negotiate. An elevator takes you back up thankfully. A very fascinating trip and Oscar was waiting for us just as soon as we were ready to leave, could not fault anything.

Our driver Oskar was amazing! So accommodating and full of knowledge. The Miner's Route of the Salt Mine was so much fun. Afterward, Oskar took a couple detours at our prearranged request.

We wanted to spend an afternoon in the salt mine and booked a guided tour. We were told that it only takes us 30 minutes from Krakow to Wieliczka by taxi. But because of a marathon race, some roads in Krakow were closed. We didn't think about that and weren't sure if we'd arrive in Wieliczka on time. Oskar was our salvation: he picked us up at the hotel, took us quickly and safely to the salt mine and showed us where to go. Oskar's car is very comfortable and clean. He thought of everything, even drinks he has for passengers in the car. We were very positively surprised. After the tour Oskar picked us up again and brought us back to Krakow. We are very satisfied and would recommend him.

Brilliant Trip, the salt mines are fascinating and huge! Underground church, bar, party room, lakes and much more. We chose to do three trips with Oscar, all different and all great. We want to come again and we will definitely contact Oscar.
