The guided tour includes both Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. You will begin with Auschwitz I, where the guide will lead you through key locations such as the main gate with the "Arbeit Macht Frei" sign and the crematoria. After approximately 2 hours, the tour continues to Auschwitz II - Birkenau, where you will explore the remains of barracks, gas chambers, and the railway ramp. The tour of Birkenau lasts around 1 hour. The total tour time is approximately 7-8 hours, including transport to and from Krakow, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes each way. 5.00We used Krakvel for both airport transfers and also Auschwitz private tour, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent throughout. Drivers were friendly and prompt according to all timings arranged. The Auschwitz private tour was especially worthwhile, we were collected at the arranged time and Ollie time our tickets was seamless, we also opted for the packed lunch which was worth the money paid. Would use them again next time we are in Krakow

Everything was organized smoothly, communication was clear, and the day ran exactly as planned. A special thank you to our driver, Conrad, who was truly the best. He was punctual, professional, kind, and incredibly respectful given the significance of the visit. He made us feel comfortable throughout the journey and handled everything seamlessly. His calm and thoughtful approach really set the tone for the day. Visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau is a deeply moving experience, and having such reliable and compassionate service made all the difference. 5.00Found Krakvel Transfers & Tours via FB and so glad we did. We heard horror stories about Get your Guide so I got in touch with these about the tours offered and they sent me a full itinerary of what was involved, timings, prices etc. They made it so easy. We booked 3 tours with them and it was effortless. Buggy Tour/Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mines. Drivers were always early, walked with us to make sure we were looked after and on time to pick us back up..100% recommend them 👍🏻

5.00We had a great experience with Krakvel Transfers and Tours in Krakow our driver was Patryk his driving was safe and smooth he was well presented and spoke clear concise English. He was very friendly, and easy to deal with. Communication was easy via "WhatsApp" pick-ups were on time, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. My wife accidentally left her scarf in the car and, a few hours later, they dropped it back at our hotel reception for us at no extra charge. That really says a lot about their honesty and customer service. To finish they did the job Properly our 1st visit and are Krakow and we where apprehensive as you hear horror stories but I'd use these again Recommended Great Job

5.00I had seen this tour company recommended on a Facebook group many times. We decided we wanted to have a private transfer, communication was via WhatsApp and was very easy to sort. Our driver Konrad (sorry if spelt wrong) arrived exactly on time, the journey to and from the camps was excellent. Really clean vehicle, driver was very friendly and helpful. We were taken to the front of the security queue and everything was explained to us. When we had finished the tour our driver was waiting in exactly the same spot to take us back to Krakow. Auschwitz was very busy with queues and having someone with us to explain everything and show us where to go was so helpful. I am really glad we did the private tour. I found the tour very upsetting and it was a real relief to not have to think about trying to sort out queues and travelling back to our hotel. I would definitely recommend.

5.00We had a very informative and interesting tour to Austwitch and Birkenau. Our very friendly driver, Karol, picked us up as arranged at the time of our choosing. On the journey he gave us information about each area of interest we passed through. He brought us straight to security in Austwitch and stayed with us until our tour guide arrived. We got the shuttle bus to Birkenau and he met us again afterwards for the drive home. While the day is an emotional one our Driver made it as enjoyable and fun as it could be. A lovely young man who made sure we enjoyed our visit.

5.00An amazing experience from start to finish! Krakvel transfer and tours arranged everything for us. Got tickets for us purchased, collected us from our hotel promptly and also dropped us back to the hotel. Once at Auschwitz our tickets were sent to us via WhatsApp and our driver Conrad walked us to the entrance, explained the running of the day and then once our tour was finished at Birkenau he picked us up from outside the camp and drove us home. Comfortable journey there and back. Great communication and speedy reply when needed. Highly recommend using them for your tours and travels, we will be using them again on our next visit to Krakow.

5.00Fantastic experience from start to finish. The driver communicated with us before the trip advising us of pick up times and was very helpful with my disabled father. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again when I visit in the future
