5.00We booked the trip to Zakopane and the Thermal springs it was an amazing experience from start to finis and would highly recommend it. It was simple and straight forward to book the excursion and we were giving all the information and details of our trip by our amazing tour guide Joanna. She was so knowledgeable and made our trip an interesting and fun day. Joanna went above and beyond to give us not only detail on the trip it's self which she was very knowledgeable about but also sent us details of other places to visit around the area of krakow and places to eat and drink. She was amazing so a MASSIVE THANKYOU to Joanna. If you get a chance to book this trip... Do it you won't be disappointed.

The town of Zakopane itself is crowded, with lots of people, the Polish Epiphany, and good food. Mrs. Joanna, a cheerful, cheerful girl with extensive knowledge of local customs and traditions.

5.00Such a great experience, it was well lead by our guide Adam who told us lots of fun facts driving around Zakopane. He ensured we were all comfortable throughout, letting us know if we needed anything to inform him and he would try his best to accommodate it. The cheese tasting with cherry and lemon vodka was up there with one of the best things we’ve done while in Poland but the thermal baths were the best thing of the day. I could not recommend this experience enough for the price 😊

5.00Kacper our driver picked us up on time at our hotel. He was so lovely kind knowledgeable it was a perfect trip seen quite a few lovely places on the way but zacopane it's self was perfect and because of the snow it was picture perfect 100% would do this again with same driver or another as the company are perfect in every way

5.00Good day trip into Zacopane and the thermal pool. Loved the thermal pool and the DJ on when it got dark at the outside pool. Mateus was a great tour guide , would definately recommend this trip.

5.00Great trip, well organised. Zakapone was fun, enjoyed the food and the cable xar to top, although a bit misty. Thermal spa was fantastic. Our guide Mateuesz. Was informative and helpful. We would recommend this trip.

5.00It was my second time doing this tour and my friends first time , Joanna made the difference by far ! From knowing the small details to recommendations of any place around , the weather was perfect and sunny with a fresh layer of snow , if you think you’ve wrapped up enough it’s probaly not enough haha , perfect day out with friends , definately would still do again
