The whole day was excellent really enjoyed it. Zakopane was so beautiful and the thermal springs were a blast. Special thanks to Johanna our tour guide she was brilliant and also Peter the driver who got us there and back safe and sound. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing trip! Our day in Zakopane followed by the Thermal Spas was the highlight of our trip .... Absolutely stunning place and we will definitely be returning! Our guide Joanna was absolutely fantastic ... She was fun, professional, so knowledgeable and helpful, we would love to go on another tour with Joanna one day!

It was an amazing trip,we got to experience a bit of beautiful Poland in one day.Well organized,we were picked up on time,good communication with the tour company.Paul,our guide ,was very friendly,professional and always there to help if needed.Deff.reccommend this company to have a great time in Zakopane.

I wanted to write an honest review of the Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very poor, and we left disappointed. First of all, I want to make it absolutely clear that this review is not a reflection on our tour guide, Paul. He was excellent from start to finish — warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely trying to help everyone enjoy their day. I would rate Paul 5 stars without hesitation. We even had an issue with our cable car ticket as we were sent one that had already been used, and Paul fixed the problem instantly. He did everything he could with what he had, and I sincerely appreciate him for that. However, the organisation and the comfort of the tour itself fell far below expectation. I am a young person with a hidden disability — Chiari, which affects my neck and back. Comfort during travel is very important for me, and this was one of the reasons I chose this company after reading reviews that suggested the minibuses were spacious and comfortable. Sadly, this was not the case. We were the last to be picked up in the morning, meaning the only seats left were right at the back, which were cramped and extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I were crushed together with very limited leg or back room, and this continued for hours of driving. For a tour costing £162, we truly expected much better. I began to dread getting back on the minibus every time it returned to collect us. By the middle of the day, my Chiari had flared badly due to being tense and cramped for such a long time. After the market, we returned early to the bus in hopes of sitting nearer the front where there was more space. However, we were told we couldn’t sit there, and the person who claimed the seats was incredibly rude. I felt too embarrassed to explain my disability, so we moved back to the seats we’d been stuck with from the beginning. I even asked Paul whether we were required to stay in those seats despite having no choice of placement when boarding in the morning, and unfortunately the answer was yes. That was disappointing to hear. Customers with hidden disabilities should have the option of reserved or priority seating, particularly on long journeys like this one. Comfort shouldn’t be luck-based depending on when you get picked up. It made what could have been an enjoyable day very difficult, very uncomfortable, and ultimately not worth the money we paid. Sadly, based on this experience, we would not recommend this tour.

Couldn’t go as woke up with a raging fever asked if we could swop to the next day as i was hopefully going to feel better and i was!!

We absolutely loved this trip! Joanna our tour guide made it fantastic from the start till the end!! Joanna’s knowledge of each area was outstanding. Her messages ensured we had so much information on different places to go and food to try whilst we were there. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well looked after and created a brilliant environment for a fun trip!

Amazing trip to zakopane and the thermal baths. Our tour guide Joanna was amazing from start to finish and explained everything thoroughly and gave such good history of the town and mountain life. The thermal baths were incredible ! Could have spent all day there!

Our day trip to Zakopane and the thermal spa was brilliant. Joanna our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful throughout - would definitely recommend! We booked our trip through booking.com who seemed to be cheaper than get your guide and other websites .
