5.00Marco was enthusiastic and cheerful throughout the trip. Transport was on time for pick up. The weather wasn’t good, rained all day so no cable car views. Zakapone is a beautiful place, lots of lovely restaurants. and beautiful houses. The hot springs were not what we thought, lots of swimming pools, jet pools etc. was very busy but swimming outside in very warm water was lovely.

5.00It was truly an incredibly spectacular experience that I would repeat a thousand times over. The luxurious and high-quality transportation, the punctuality, but above all, I must highlight and emphasize the professionalism, warmth, and gratitude that our guide, Joanna, showed to everyone on the tour. She is a truly charming girl, and I would repeat the tour without hesitation just to meet someone as kind and professional as Joanna again. For me, she is the best guide in the world, in all the tours I have ever taken.

Exploring Zakapone

5.00The initial communication regarding pickup, what to bring and who we’d be meeting was excellent. We got to the pickup location and Rafal was an amazing driver on time and came to the exact location which was mentioned. Everyone was picked up in an orderly manor and we set off with no issues. Rafal also stopped to allow us to have a quick toilet break as the journey was long. Once we arrived we met the lovely Joanna who introduced herself and showed us around the town and the history of the Highlanders and their culture. Everything was extremely well organised and there wasn’t any point in which we were just sitting around as she continued to provide us with history of the town and information regarding the tour. She even had recommendations ready for us when exploring the town as there was so much to see and do. I do wish the city part of the tour was a bit longer as two and a half hours just wasn’t enough to enjoy the wonders of this city. I’m very happy with my experience and have memories I’ll keep with me forever and if I come back in the future I’m sure to use this service again and hopefully the lovely Joanna will be there to guide us on another journey of exploration.

5.00A really lovely and memorable visit to Zakopane and the thermal spa. Joanna the guide was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging, with lots of lovely and heart warming stories of the local area. The cheese tasting and extra vodka shots in a local shepherd hut were a lovely touch. It was a shame about the weather and even Joanna’s bright smile couldn’t burn the rain and clouds away, but I guess that means I will just have to come back again! ☺️ 10/10
