  The whole experience was really worth the money. We enjoyed every bit of it since it was such a good surprise to discover a Zakopane full of life and flavors. Our guide paid a lot of attention to our needs and gave us clear instructions about the itinerary.

  What an experience!! This tour is well organised. There is constant communication between yourself and the tour operator up until the date. Then a day before you are in communication with the tour guide about pick up location, times etc. our tour guide Bart was excellent, extremely friendly and funny and he talked to us throughout the journey. The tour itself was great seeing the log cabin, tasting the cheese and vodka. Zakopane is so beautiful, the view of the snowy mountains is breathtaking, well worth a visit. lastly the thermal baths were so much fun, they also have rapid pools and slides there.   Pleasantly surprised by how good the full day was. Not going to lie, we booked this and I had my reservations about how it would be thinking it’ll be too long a day or a bit boring. We had Niko as our guide for the day and I can honestly say we couldn’t have been happier. He was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, polite, consistent, engaging and knowledgable. He took time during walks between places and during stops to try and speak to everyone in each little group and build a rapport. The pacing of the day was ideal. At first glance you might think it’s going to be a really long day however by the time it was done, it didn’t feel like you’d been out for almost 12 hours. Stunning views, great guide, good group of people mixing in with each other. Niko is an asset to the company. Hopefully if we’re back we are greeted with the same happy vibe and get Niko as a guide on any tours we book. Thanks again Niko.   Niko took us on guided tour of Zakapone including the thermal baths. He was very welcoming, funny, and friendly and spoke about a lot of history to do with the areas we went. You get a lot of time to yourself which is great to explore. Niko made the trip!!

  We had a great experience trying cheese and vodka, seeing the sights of zakopane, and enjoying the thermal baths. Niko was a great guide who gave great recommendations.

  We were honestly a bit skeptical about booking this trip because of the early pick-up time and the fact we were only in Krakow for a short stay, but it ended up being 100% worth it. We were picked up at 8:10am, and the journey didn’t feel long at all because there were plenty of stops along the way — so it never felt like you were stuck on a coach for ages. One of the best stops was the vodka and cheese tasting, which was such a lovely little pit stop and a great way to break up the day. Zakopane itself was wonderful. We took the cable car up to see the mountain views and they were absolutely stunning. There was a huge queue, but we managed to slot in right at the front, which was a nice bonus! You also get time to explore Zakopane on your own, but the guide gave us a few local food spots to try which was really helpful. On the way back, we stopped at the thermal baths, and they weren’t quite what we expected — mainly because they were very busy due to Polish school holidays. However, we went straight to the adults-only section, where there were outdoor hot tubs, and it was much more relaxing. Having drinks in the outdoor pool with the swim-up bar was such a highlight. The drinks were definitely more expensive than in Krakow (around £7.50 for a Hugo Spritz), but that was expected — and still way cheaper than back home. Lastly, our tour guide Niko really made the whole experience. He contacts you the evening before with information on the coach and stays active on whatsapp all day for extra info. He kept the day fun and informative without overwhelming you with information, and he shared personal experiences and funny memories which kept the vibe light-hearted and helped everyone stay energised through the long day. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this trip — especially if you’re unsure because of the early start. It ended up being one of the best things we did in Krakow.

  Our trip to zakopane was amazing! Our guide Szczepan was very friendly and so informative - he really made the experience for us! They were very accommodating to our requests. It was a long day (about 11 hours) but it didn’t feel that long at all, we had such a good time. The thermal baths were busy but that was our fault as we booked during the school winter holidays. Overall it was a brilliant experience and we would recommend it to anyone! 🙂

  Kacper was by the far the best host we encountered out of all of the tours we went on. He was attentive and engaging throughout and was always available to answer any questions. You can tell he was clearly passionate about Poland and enjoys his job. Would highly recommend.
