In the morning, the tour guide will pick you up from Tirana and start the journey towards Mount Sari Salltik. Enjoy the guide’s insights and a scenic ride along a panoramic mountain road to visit this holy site, which holds great significance in the Bektashi faith. Perched at 1,176 meters above sea level, the cave shrine offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

After visiting Sari Salltik, continue to the historic city of Kruja, where the guided walking tour begins at the Old Bazaar—one of the oldest and largest in Albania, filled with traditional souvenirs and handicrafts.     Please consider before booking with this tour company that their communication before the tour is NOTHING. After trying to get them to confirm and answer phone, email or What's App for a week before the tour, we finally received instructions and time to meet at 11:40pm the night before meeting in the morning. However, the tour guide Paola, made the experience and process easy and wonderful and communicated throughout the trip with useful info through What's App. The driver was great as well. This was an enjoyable day out of the city. It is the practices of the tour company we are displeased with. All other tour companies in Albania were wonderful in their communication.

    Our guide was extremely knowledgeable in Berat history, as well as Albaniam history. I appreciated that he held everyone accountable to be on time. It kept the whole tour running smoothly. There was a good mix of free time and "tour" time, so taking pictures was not a problem. There was more uphill walking than I expected, so wear the right shoes! All in all, it was a great day to explore the countryside of Albania and the historical town of Berat!

    I was able to book the tour last minute. Very reasonable price. Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. Picked me up close to my hotel. Lots of free time at the bazaar.
